Im Inneren ist jeder Raum mit natürlichem Licht gefüllt. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einer intelligenten Mischung aus Naturfasern, warmen Hölzern und Stein. Die große, professionell eingerichtete Küche verfügt über Edelstahlgeräte und polierte Steinplatten für Familien-Snacks oder abendliche Getränke. Ein weiterer wundervoller Treffpunkt für Familien ist der lange Esstisch unter einem einfachen, rustikalen Kronleuchter.

Eines der zauberhaftesten Zimmer des Hauses ist der Schlafraum für Kinder mit vier eingebauten Einzelbetten, die an der Decke des Hauses unter einer gewölbten Decke versteckt sind. Glastüren führen auf einen privaten Balkon. Jedes der anderen Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

We stayed at Bella Cottage in 2020 and it looks as good as it did 5 years ago! Loved the upgraded Samsung Frame tv’s in almost every room. The location is perfect, walking distance to Rosemary and Peddlers. Our kids love the bunk room! Having access to a garage is great, and love the pool/hot tub.

We loved everything- location, comfortable beds, large indoor and outdoor eating areas, and well stocked kitchen utensils and dishes etc. We enjoyed our own pool and the convenience of the community pool. We used the grill, bikes, washer and dryer etc.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

Our party of 12 included 6 children from 7-19 yrs of age who were continuously entertained which made our stay very enjoyable for the parents. We loved the decor, floor plan, super comfy beds and proximity to the beach, community pool and shops.

Great House at on Beach side of 30A in Rosemary Beach

My family of six and I stayed here in late September 2020. We loved the house. The pool was great. I loved the open floor plan on the 2nd level where we all hung out, did puzzles, watched movies. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and ate dinner every night on the porch. Great location near one of Rosemary's pools. Also the communication and responsiveness from the management company was excellent.

Great location. Pictures and description need to be updated.

Overall, I’d give the property a three – 3 1/2 star rating. The pictures provided online looked great, but once in the property did not match. Furniture was missing, stove three burners weren’t working. Multiple shower doors didn’t close. But did have plenty of towels and toilet trees provided. Walk-in showers were missing tile grout, drain cover was unscrewed, calcium buildup in the corners. Would not pay a premium to be that close again if the pictures of the actual property had been uploaded online. But overall location was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen overall was missing half of the pots and pans utensils. No shades on upper windows on third floor or the door providing sunlight at 5:45 in the morning blazing heat in the afternoon. Ended up having to buy a sheet and additional pillows to cover the windows as best we could.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful long weekend in Bella cottage. The house was exactly as described. Upon request, the management company responded immediately to repairs. Bella cottage is clean and maintained, but is in need of some TLC. The exterior steps and areas around the pool could use some pressure washing and landscaping could use some tidying up, considering the price of this unit. The master bedroom, though the thermostat is set on 68 stays warmer than the rest of the rooms and both my husband and I were very warm during the night. We had teenagers with us, and there is zero soundproofing in this house. They were upstairs on the third floor and we could hear everything on the first floor in the master bedroom. Outside of that, the home is lovely, the cleaning crew does a beautiful job of making sure things are nice and neat when you arrive and the location is exceptional!

Perfect location and beautiful house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and steps from the shops at Seacrest Beach and ‘downtown’ Rosemary. Our favorite part of the beach has always been Walkover I because it is less crowded. The balconies and pool are great, one of the only heated pools we’ve had in Rosemary that we didn’t have to have someone come out to turn on. The kids floor’ on the 3rd floor is perfect with 4 beds, 2 trundles, and a tv room and bathroom. It is a bit noisy at night on the street right outside of the master bedroom and this is a fairly expensive property to not have a dedicated parking spot, but hoping this is resolved when the garage construction is completed. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t say enough wonderful things about the house! Great location, loved all the balconies. We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that the kids room doesn’t have any blinds so they were up literally as the sun was coming up 😂. The only other thing is I wish we could control the temperature in the spa. It’s connected to the pool and so by the time we got in it the entire pool was way too hot to swim. If we could have turned it down or off until we got in it it would have been perfect. Sadly we couldn’t even use it!That being said, we already booked our stay for next year! Just two notes I wanted to give!

Great family vacation

It is a thgreat home close to shops and restaurants, pool, and beach. The only issues I have to say are minor but you need to consider these things when spending your money and if these things matter or not. I would rather have stayed in Aly's Beach in a brand new home without the minor issues from this home. So here are the issues: The pool heater did not work until the day we were leaving (on the 5th day), the kitchen pots/pans/etc are old, the door handles are also old and can easily come off when someone tries to shut the doors to the patios, my husband had to fix the master bed because when I laid down the bed went down (thank goodness my husband is strong and knows how to fix everything). I want to be honest and let you know before renting. All depends what you really want in a rental vacation home....if you want a new property I would reconsider, if you like older homes this is perfect for your stay and it's great location to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was okay to fine. The house definitely needs some tending to. Walls beat up, couch and living room rug seemed very used, decorations/art not great. The general interior furniture and items in the house are not what we usually see and expect in Rosemary especially for this price point (we have rented houses for the last 10 years). No Tupperware for fridge storage. Blender had a strange plug that could not be utilized. When we arrived we found the garage door broke which we were not advised about in advance. I own a rental home in Park City which is why I am providing this feedback as I would want to know as the owner. Also, the minimal kitchen paper towels and toilet paper were annoying as there should be enough basic supplies provided for the # of people and length of stay. would only recommend to a friend with these caveats at this price point.

It was perfect for a trip for my daughter’s birthday. We had 3 adults and 7 teenagers. The loft was perfect for the girls. With the other bedrooms on the bottom floor we could not hear them. The management company was very responsive and helped with our requests immediately. The house was stocked really well except for no wine glasses. We also requested a cork screw which the management company provided. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Bonus that there are gates to the pool so no pool alarm in the house!Know before you go- The house does not appear to have been updated. It’s definitely showing some wear and tear. There is no icemaker which was surprising at that price point. The furniture in the living room is not up to Rosemary par. However, for our purposes the property worked great.

Did not meet expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in Rosemary Beach 3 previous times from you and all have been wonderful stays and each house was adequately maintained and well equipped to serve rental customers. Bella Cottage was not ready for prime time and we were shocked that your company would rent a house in need of significant items in order to be usable.Upon arrival we noted that the house had no broiler pans, had 1 pot, had 2 pans, had about 10 tops for pots and pans, had silverware and dishes for about 5 people, had 2 placemats , had window shades that did not work, had ants, had mold on entry stairs, had a shower that was stoped up in master, had a table in living room that needed repair and the house seemed to lack the general upkeep that we had evidenced in our prior rentals from you.Eventually almost everything was corrected but not before continual prompting from us. Someone needs to pay more attention to detail so that guests can enjoy their vacation or you should remove this house from the rental pool and remove the property manager.
