Papakea D404 ist eine geräumige Wohnung, die Platz für 6 Gäste bietet und mit einem zusätzlichen dritten Badezimmer aufgewertet wurde. Die voll ausgestattete und wunderschön umgestaltete Küche verfügt über neue Schränke, einen überlagerten Kühlschrank, neue Geräte und eine individuelle Beleuchtung. Bleiben Sie mit der Klimaanlage im Hauptwohnbereich und den Deckenventilatoren kühl.


Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbildfernseher. Das Wohnzimmer ist komfortabel mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden Sie zwei Waschbecken und eine Dusche / Badewanne-Kombination. Das komfortable Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und im zweiten Badezimmer finden Sie ein WC, ein Waschbecken und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Great spot

Nice access to pretty much anything you’d want to do. On the property are a few pools and hot tubs, putting green, shuffleboard, and beach access to snorkeling. And it’s not a far drive to other fun things to do and see. Restaurants are near by too. Like I said, it’s a great spot.

Great unit, enjoyed our stay!

Unit was as described, very spacious for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable, upscale appliances and included beach and kitchen items made for a great stay. The view from the balcony is wonderful and bonus that it didn't get direct sunlight. Resort was conveniently located and walkable to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Great place!

This is our 4th time staying at the Papakea resort, and the first time we've had a 3 bedroom unit. It's great for the kids to have their own bedrooms and not have to share. The unit has everything you could need - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers of various sizes, plastic cups, laundry soap, everything! And the view from the balcony is spectacular - highly recommend!

Love Papakea Resort

Papakea Resort is a wonderful place to stay. Our condo unit was just as described. Only bad point, it was hot and humid while we were there and there was NO WAY that small AC could cool that unit. We did open all the windows, but it wouldn't cool down until 4 am and hot again by 10am. I would definitely stay here again despite that issue.

The grounds are beautiful-the pool perfect.

The condo was fine but the couches need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. The tv was ridiculous to figure out. Twice someone came to show us the details. The kitchen is very nice.

We've stayed at Papakea numerous times but this was our first time booking through VRBO and My Perfect Stay. The process was easy and the communication from My Perfect Stay was perfect. The unit, D404 is well situated on the property. The rooms are good size, bathrooms nice and a very well equipped kitchen. Bottom line, we'd stay there again. The only one negative would be...you have to launder your own towels and bedding if you want. But all in all, it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this unit at Papakea.

Paradise at Papakea

Our family has been staying at Papakea for 15 years, and we've stayed in a variety of condos. We really enjoyed our time in D404. There was plenty of room for our three kids and our oldest daughter's friend. We especially enjoyed the third bathroom upstairs. The condo had all the BBQ supplies, chairs, sand toys and ice packs we needed. That is not always the case. The view of the grounds and ocean is spectacular, turning my morning tea into a cherished routine. Thanks for making our stay this summer cozy, yet spacious.

Maui Papakea D404

Air conditioner was undersized for the size of the unit. The bedrooms were extremely hot. Cockroaches were everywhere in the unit. Overall the unit was dated and the pictures must have been taken years ago.

As noted in the listing description: "Stay cool with air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans throughout. " As Maui is a tropical environment there is a natural presence of pests. We do our best to limit the pests in our condos by treating them a minimum of 6 times per year. All of the photos are up to date photos from directly within the condo. Needs an update

Living room furniture is really outdoor furniture and very uncomfortable. The resort and the owners need to communicate the same thing to renters. Ex: Check out time not the same Asking renters not to wash towels and then not allowed to get clean ones

Aloha Myra and mahalo for your stay with us on Maui. As this unit is privately owned, all communication does go through My Perfect Stays. Our guests are only advised to stop at the front desk for check in, or to use some of the amenities on property (i.e. tennis courts). Should you wish to launder any towels during your stay, you are able to do so with the laundry soap provided in the unit. Again mahalo for your stay with us on Maui.

Beautiful view

This condo is nice. It fit our family perfectly. It was well supplied as far as dishes, eating utensils, pots and pans. The washing machine and dryer are small, but that is to be expected. Some of dishes were not cleaned well and still had food residue, which was displeasing . There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror saying the owner uses high quality towels, but I only noticed 1 quality bath towel the rest were hospitality towels similar to any hotel. The furniture is out dated, but the updated kitchen with a nice subzero refrigerator offset that. Overall, we enjoyed the property. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Pick on Maui

Great pick on Maui! I feel the place is better than what the pictures show on the listing. Great kitchen with everything you may need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great patio and living area. (Sofa set has some wear and tear) Beach chairs and coolers provided for those chosen beach days. The place has a great ocean view from the patio and master bedroom, which I loved. The location has places within walking distance. The grocery across the way is more reasonable than going to Safeway. There are also plenty of restaurants or food options within walking distance. Take advantage of watching the sunset every night with just a quick stroll down to the water. Overall great option! I would stay there again! Thank you!!

Really Enjoyed Papakea D404

This unit was great for our family. It's a bit dated, but functions very well and we didn't have any complaints. The unit was well equipped, including beach towels, coolers, kids beach toys, and some snorkeling gear. I do recommend bringing your own spices from home if you like to cook. There wasn't much in the unit and the stores are so expensive on the island. The resort facilities are nice: pool, grills, shuffleboard and mini-golf. We didn't visit the tennis counts, but they are available as well. We didn't realize that the ocean front property is only a sea wall and no beach, so that was a bit disappointing for us. Beaches are nearby however. Overall we were very pleased with this rental! Mahalo!
