We have exterior cameras for the safety of our guests and our home. They are positioned to face the front of the house and the driveway. One additional camera monitors the pool heating equipment only and does not face the pool or hot tub.

FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: Please contact the host before booking. An event fee applies, and all events are approved on a case-by-case basis. We welcome small weddings, engagement parties, family gatherings, and birthday celebrations—up to 25 guests maximum. Be sure to share details about your special occasion prior to reserving.

Our base rate includes up to 10 guests. For any additional guests beyond 10, there is a charge of $25 per guest, per night.
**PET POLICY**
Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY!
-$250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance
- Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies.
- Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted.
- Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each.
- Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house.
- Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present.
- Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home.
- Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.
