"Willkommen im" Sea Mist ", einem Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern in Kiwanda Shores, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, mit viel natürlichem Licht und Blick auf den Haystack Rock. Der großartige Raum bietet Upgrades wie Granit, einen Gaskamin, eine Esstheke und einen großen Esstisch. Es gibt gemütliche Sofas und eine Fensterwand. Oben im Dachgeschoss ist die Aussicht die beste! Es gibt 3 zusätzliche Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die Platz für die ganze Familie bieten. Es gibt Decks auf beiden Seiten, sodass Sie unabhängig vom Wetter geschützt sind. Dieses Haus wurde sorgfältig entworfen und eingerichtet, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen, einschließlich der vollen Nutzung der Garage, ein paar Beach-Cruiser-Bikes, WIFI und es ist auch tierfreundlich!

Kiwanda Shores ist eine private Wohnanlage mit hochwertigen Häusern am Meer in Pacific City. Sicherheit, Besitzerstolz und ein friedlicher Genuss der Küstenerfahrung werden von Hausbesitzern und Mietern von Kiwanda Shores gleichermaßen geteilt. Ein sandiger Strand mit niedrigem Ufer fällt von den Häusern an der Ozeanfront zum Ozean ab. Der Zugang zum Strand ist für die Häuser der zweiten Reihe und der hinteren Reihe möglich.
Dieses Haus ist tierfreundlich für ein oder zwei Hunde. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie ein Haustier mitbringen, damit wir die nicht erstattbare Gebühr für Haustiere in Höhe von 10 USD pro Nacht (maximal 40 USD pro Haustier) hinzufügen können. Nur gut erzogene Hunde sind erlaubt. Haustiere sind auf den Möbeln nicht erlaubt und dürfen nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Haus gelassen werden.

This house had everything we needed! The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there are games and rec options in the garage and other areas. The deck seemed new and the hot tub is a nice one. There were plenty of usables like paper towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, towels etc (compared to other houses we have stayed in that have been sparse in those items). It’s walkable to dining options and the beach is stunning where you can watch surfers (even in the winter!), and the Dory boats bringing in their catches. There’s a local seafood market/marketplace too. The loft wasn’t as usable as we had hoped although it is a cute space. It didn’t work well for our son who would prefer to sleep in but it’s too loud and bright if someone is up early using the kitchen. Overall, this house met our needs and we would return! We happened to be blessed with beautiful weather while we were here too!

115 Sea Mist was perfect for our multigenerational family get together. Great layout with bedrooms on all floors. The covered deck is a perfect spot to unwind and watch Haystack Rock.

Family getaway

The home was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the spaciousness, quiet neighborhood, and location which was a block to the beach. I can't speak for everyone else, but the master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

great location, not for big groups

This home was relatively clean, new carpeting, wonderful location. The home sleeps 8+ comfortably but has a handful of kitchen supplies, very worn, small skillets, no pots, minimal silverware, plates, and glasses. Dishwasher had to be run frequently and hand washing would be a must for large parties. Bring knives, skillets, pots if you intend to cook a lot (as we did) since there is not a huge selection of restaurants in the area. Great location but very disappointed overall.

Good property but could use some updates

Front door lock difficult to use. Kitchen could use some updated cooking gear (pots, pans, utensils). TVs are not smart TVs (no casting or streaming). Biggest disappointment was location of hot tub. The description features it prominently, but it is located in a poor location under the back stairs. Otherwise, the property is clean with working and some newer appliances (oven), has average beds and bedding and a decent view.

Beach view is exaggerated. Beach view is only possible in a bedroom at the top of some hard to climb and very noisy stairs, where there is two single beds and a small window. You can see the ocean through this one window. We were emailed the wrong information about the internet so spent unnecessary time when arriving trying to call the office, with no one answering. TV in Living room is super small, and the only TV I saw. Our pillowcases in the main bedroom were aged and very worn, two different colors, when they were a solid color to start with. Main bedroom closet was broken and hard to open and close. This house needs some fresh upgrades, knives were dull, pots and pans were so worn.The location of this home is great, it’s only a few blocks from an entrance to the beach area. But don’t rent this for a view of the ocean and beach. The backyard is nice as you look out at some trees, the hot tub was nice and clean. Great decks but to cold to enjoy them.They have a nice long table in the dining room for families and games. There was 6 adults and two kids in our party and 2-3 of us were on the floor in the LR as there were not enough seats for everyone, the LR is pretty small.The house was clean when we arrived. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable to sleep in, but not comfortable to sit up in. They supplied lots of blankets, the rooms were pretty cold. Pacific City is a wonderful area to stay, we will be back to Pacific City

Best of PC!

We have stayed at properties owned by this company many times. As always, the location was phenomenal and the house was great. We stayed over spring break week and this house was great for two different families. The refrigerator wasn't working right during our trip (not their fault- stuff happens right?) but they took care of us and made sure we still had a great trip. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing place

This place Is an excellent place to do dat adventures and have fun on the beach. But was kinda weird when the property manager walked into our house without ringing or knocking on the door. Other wise great place.

Great family Thanksgiving house. Plenty of room, great view of the haystack rock.

Our family of 13...adult children, their partners, adult grandchildren and their partners...gathered here for the Thanksgiving holiday. Even though it was raining most of the time the house was big enough that we didn’t really feel cramped. The kitchen was perfect; the cooks didn’t feel isolated. Luckily I brought my turkey roaster, though, with only a single oven. There was plenty of sleeping space and privacy for everyone. The master bedroom and bath are amazing. During sun breaks it was a easy walk to a beautiful beach. My only issue was that the living room was quite small with limited seating. If it had been dry we could have used the big deck. There is a covered deck, too, but the wind and rain compromised our use of that one. Overall I would highly recommend this vacation house.

The staff at the office was friendly. Our house wasn't ready when we arrived and they tried to find us a place to stay the night. The house they set us up in had no phone or cell service. When we were able to stay at the house we rented it was just like the pictures. I gave them a 4 because the house wasn't ready ( we weren't early) when we arrived.
