I booked a one night stay here. I traveled 13 hours to this location. When I parked to check in, a woman that was working was crossing the parking lot. I asked her where I needed to go to check-in. She said “we don’t have anything available, you’ll have to go somewhere else. I told her I already had reservations and she said that didn’t matter that she was already booked full, with negative 2 rooms. All she could provide me with as proof of my arrival and attempted check-in, was a screenshot of her computer monitor that said she was -2 rooms and that everything else was booked. Keep in mind I responded back-and-forth with the host a few times before our arrival and they assured me everything was good to go. I contacted the host once I found out there was no room and now they have denied me a refund because they’re claiming I checked in and left. How can I check into a room that doesn’t exist? They have not refunded me my money and based off of what I’ve seen at this hotel it’s filthy and has a funky smell, and I would avoid it at all costs. I am completely dumb founded at this hoax they pulled. How often do they do this to people when they know they’re already full, and still keep their payment? I am completely disgusted with this behavior.
