Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot. After having a full day of activities its nice to able to relax in a home that is cozy and quiet. We apologize that the spa was not working the stay. This is an amenity that we can not always guarantee working with the amount of traffic it receives from renters before yourself. We appreciate you reporting this to us during your stay so that we could get a vendor out to address the issue, As we are the management company for the house this is something that we can and will address once notified to us as you did. A cabin that is super clean along with enough space as per your needs is the perfect one for vacations. I did see in your reservation that you were able to also speak with another colleague who was able to offer a late check-out of 1 pm.
