Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a welcoming open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room, defined by neutral and relaxing tones, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect atmosphere to rest after a day of sightseeing.

The modern kitchen, which stands out for its beautiful turquoise blue tiles, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it has a charming dining table, built-in oven, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster and other practical appliances to help with your daily routine.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated in light tones, ensuring peaceful nights. The master bedroom is a spacious suite bathed in natural light through its large windows, equipped with a comfortable double bed, a full-length mirror and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is equally welcoming and functional, with a single bed and a convenient work area with a desk. Please note that, despite the presence of a curtain in the room, light comes through in the early morning hours, which may bother those sensitive to light.

The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the historic centre of Alcochete, this accommodation invites you to experience the authentic Portuguese riverside soul. The energy of the neighbourhood is serene, welcoming and deeply traditional. Strolling along the cobblestone streets, you will quickly be guided to the banks of the Tagus river, where the local fishing tradition blends with outstanding gastronomy. The area is famous for its excellent restaurants, ideal for savouring fresh fish and traditional dishes. Just minutes from home, you can relax on the picturesque Praia dos Moinhos beach, marvel at the flocks of flamingos at the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve, or take the opportunity to shop at the renowned Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet, the largest outlet in Europe.

Despite being in this authentic oasis of tranquillity, its connection to Lisbon's historic centre is surprisingly fast and scenic. Crossing the majestic Vasco da Gama Bridge, in a car journey of just about 25 to 30 minutes, you will find yourself in the vibrant heart of the capital. This strategic location allows you the best of both worlds: spend the day exploring the cosmopolitan Baixa Pombalina, Chiado or the modernity of Parque das Nações, and return at the end of the day to the absolute peace of Alcochete, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets over the Tagus.

Beyond the capital, this address serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the greatest attractions of the southern region. In a short drive, you can discover the majestic Arrábida Natural Park, famous for its lush mountains meeting crystal-clear beaches (such as Portinho da Arrábida). You can also visit the historic village of Palmela and its imposing castle, or head down to the city of Setúbal, celebrated for its traditional fried cuttlefish and dolphin-watching boat trips in the Sado estuary. It is the perfect retreat combining nature, history, gastronomy and comfort in a single stay!

The most practical means of transport is by car. From Lisbon, the property is approximately 30 to 40 minutes away by car, via the Vasco da Gama Bridge (A33/A12).

Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 30 to 40 minutes away by car. Taxis and private transfers are available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
