45m2 flat with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony.

Located between Parque das Nações and Lisbon Airport, it is 600 meters from the metro station, 10 minutes walk from Lisbon International Fair and Altice Arena, 2 stations from the airport and 1 station from Gare do Oriente.

It is an aged area with excellent local shops and small family run restaurants and one of the most interesting and typical areas of Lisbon

The apartment was completely rehabilitated in 2014, having kept one of the characteristics of the season, its wooden floors that gives it a very special beauty and is composed of:

Bedroom with 12m2 with a double bed. The double bed can be converted into 2 single beds.

Living room with 8m2 with TV, and a couch that can sleep 2 people comfortably.

The kitchen has induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, water heater.

The bathroom is a full bathroom with shower.

They also have a rare feature: 2 exterior doors, one in the hallway and the other in the bedroom. Pray the evil tongues that had two functions, serving either for the husband to make a strategic retreat either for lover sneak out. In fact, it would have allowed the tenants to sub-lease this room, which says a great deal about the needs of these people at that time.



Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Tobacco and drugs

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.

Pets

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

Before you leave, wash and put away the dishes and kitchen utensils you have used.

Accidents

Accidents happen. If you damage something, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take care of it.

It is expensive to arrive at the property and discover damage that could lead to your next stay being canceled because there is no time to repair it. In this case, we will request a compensation
