Willkommen am See! My Lakefront Condo bietet alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht und die Sonnenuntergänge von der Veranda auf dem Balkon im 3. Stock.

Der Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich in der Nähe und Tennisplätze sind vor Ort. Es gibt viel zu genießen in der Umgebung, White Water Center, NASCAR-Veranstaltungen, Reiten, viele Golfplätze. Eine Vielzahl von großartigen Restaurants Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson und Mooresville! Uptown Charlotte und Charlotte Motor Speedway sind nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Einkaufszentrum Birkdale erreichen Sie in 5 Fahrminuten. Im Jetton Park gibt es viele Wanderwege und einen Spielplatz für Kinder.

Dies ist kein Schlägerverleih, es ist mein zweites Zuhause. Ich vermiete also nicht an Personen, die Teil einer Gruppensituation sind. Ich vermiete mehrere Einheiten für Hochzeiten oder Versammlungen. Ich verbiete Parteien in meiner Einheit strikt - daher ist es meine Schutzrichtlinie, nicht Teil einer Gruppensituation zu sein. Beachten Sie auch, dass sich im AUSSENBEREICH an der Vordertür eine Überwachungskamera befindet - IM GERÄT GIBT ES KEINE KAMERAS. SEI VERSICHERT!

Obwohl sich im Gebäude ein Aufzug befindet, besteht die sehr SELTENE Möglichkeit, dass es zu Fehlfunktionen kommt und neu eingestellt werden muss. Wenn Sie also jemanden in Ihrer Gruppe haben, der in einem solchen Fall keine Treppen steigen kann, sollten Sie dies berücksichtigen.

Girls trip to visit daughter

Loved waking & having coffee with a view of the lake. My best friend & I decided to take a short stroll along the lakeside & it was beautiful. I would stay here again. The owners are great, I had a hard time with the keypad & they immediately called me to walk me through it. Of course it was user error. They were very patient with me.

Grand kids visit

First time visiting grandkids in NC and wanted to experience spending time on Lake Norman. What a great selection we made. Fantastic location, great advanced communication- provided almost immediate answers to questions we asked!The location provided a beautiful view and within easy commute to fantastic restaurants! Will definitely be coming back again, one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO!

Great property, great host!

We spent a week in the property celebrating Christmas. The host and on site manager offered excellent service. The unit was just as described and the view is breathtaking. Very close to multiple area attractions (North Davidson, Birkdale, etc..) Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the holiday. Thanks!

My favorite rental yet!

I rent 2-3 properties every year and my husband and I both agree this is the best yet except for the islands! It was the cleanest, best decorated and stocked property we have stayed at. The feeling there is wonderful. The beds were totally comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need for our Thanksgiving Contributions. We loved it and we would love to come back every year and stay here. Thank you so much Elsa and Tina for everything. My whole family loved it too as we had them over for small dinner parties. And the view is special.

Long weekend for the NHRA

Relaxing Getaway with Beautiful Views

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and a cozy, comfortable home away from home feel, then this place is the perfect spot for you. My stay at this VRBO was simply wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. The location was truly stunning, situated right on the edge of the incredible Lake Norman. The peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous scenery instantly reminded us why we love this area. The accommodation itself was equally impressive. The condo was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful views. I particularly loved the patio, which was the ideal place to sit and soak up the peaceful surroundings. The host communicated very well and made us feel very warm and welcome. Highly recommend!

Exceeded all expectations!

The condo was absolutely spectacular. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook meals & it was decorated beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable (which almost never happens) & the bathtub/showers were perfect. I have used VRBO for the last 12-13 years & I can honestly say this was my most favorite place we’ve stayed at. Everything was very thoughtfully planned to make your stay very comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. Very rare when staying at someone else’s property. We took walks each evening around the property, sat on the porch in the mornings & evenings & had a wonderful dinner at the Port City Club (two minute walk from the condo). And it was in perfect proximity to visit the different towns around & shopping! Don’t pass this property up! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! And most importantly, the host/owners were very responsive & kept us in the loop of check in & check out procedures. It could not have been any easier!! We will be back!!

Wonderful stay

The hosts thought of everything we could possibly need. Great view. Nice decorating. Helpful “labeling” and instructions on how to use things. The property manager was on top of our stay. Just one little thing, I like to walk around barefoot and my feet would get dirty.

Second winter visit

We stayed at this same property 2 years ago and when planning another January family visit to Lake Norman, I knew we had to stay at this location again. Location is perfect to outdoor parks and grocery stores. Water views from the unit are beautiful even though it’s too cold to get on the lake. Property manager is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was immaculate and extra comfortable. It provided the perfect retreat to relax and restore. The host was so attentive and the accomdations left no stone unturned making the stay perfect!

I have been both a host as well as a traveler. I am also an interior designer, and hopefully, you will enjoy and appreciate this factor in what I have done with the space. Since I do stay here frequently, some of my personal belongs will be in the condo for guest stays... but not enough to be a bother. It also means you will have the added benefit of a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances any gourmet cook could want. Perfect for longer stays.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It doesn't get better on Lake Norman. My condo is on the third floor (elevator in the building) - so nobody above me - and I have the advantage of vaulted ceilings which always gives a feeling of more space. And of course, it is right on the water - with a fabulous restaurant right next door. Port City Club. Check it out online.
