The basement includes a private garage. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and direct access to the outdoor areas. The first floor includes two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Each main living area is equipped with air conditioning, including the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the warmer months.

*Tourist Tax (Mandatory)*
In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Como, a tourist tax of €3.00 per person, per night applies for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Vrbo displays the tourist tax separately as an amount payable to the property. Payment instructions will be provided before your arrival. We currently accept bank transfer (including Monzo/Revolut), SEPA bank transfer, or PayPal.

In accordance with Italian regulations, all guests must complete a registration procedure before arrival by providing the required identification details and documents. This is a mandatory legal requirement and must be completed before check-in.
