The Space:

Santons 7 occupies the first floor of a small residence in the centre of Val d'Isère, where the shops sit just around the corner and the ski lifts are less than a minute away on foot. The owners have taken a minimalist approach, furnishing with a homely touch that makes every detail feel intentional.



The open-plan living area brings together three Ligne Roset sofas and two leather chairs arranged around a fireplace, with a large flat-screen TV, DVD, and Apple AirPlay and AirCast systems for entertainment. A south-facing balcony extends from the living room, catching the afternoon sun and offering views across the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy. The dining area and kitchen sit on the other side of the open-plan layout, fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge-freezer.



Three bedrooms make up the sleeping accommodation. Two are doubles, one of which has a built-in double bed fitted into the corner of the room so it cannot be accessed from both sides. The third is a cleverly designed quad room with four solidly built bunk-style beds, suitable for adults and children alike. Two recently renovated bathrooms serve the apartment. The first is a shower room with WC and sink. The second has a separate bath, walk-in shower, and sink, with an additional separate WC and hand basin next door. The entrance hallway keeps everything organised with a ski boot dryer, storage racks, and a jacket cupboard. The building is locked at all times, requiring a door key for entry.

The Neighborhood:

Santons 7 sits right in the centre of Val d'Isère, with shops just around the corner and the ski lifts less than a minute's walk away. The Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy are immediately accessible, and the town's amenities are all within a short stroll.



Getting Around:

The free shuttle bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and every 20 to 30 minutes until 2am, connecting various points across the resort. Santons 7 is in the town centre itself, so the lifts and shops are within a minute's walk. Airport transfers are available from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry.



Other Things to Note:

We are available throughout the stay if anything comes up. The apartment can be combined with numbers 5, 9, and 10 in the same residence for larger parties. One double bedroom has a corner-fitted bed that cannot be accessed from both sides.

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule of stays around yours, just ask and we'll do what we can.
