Etagenbetten im geschlossenen Flur und geschĂŒtzt vor allem LĂ€rm durch eine SchiebetĂŒr aus Massivholz und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit echtem Schlaf 2p 160x200cm. 3 Balkone, 2 KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke, Waschmaschine, Trockner, GeschirrspĂŒler, Induktionsherd, Safe, Nespresso, BĂŒgeleisen und -brett, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl, Ankleideraum und viel Stauraum. Alles Nötige wie Raclette-Halbrad, Fonduetopf etc.

Das 2016 komplett renovierte Apartment wurde mit dem Ziel entworfen und gebaut, dass Sie sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fĂŒhlen. Neben der Badewanne finden Sie Kerzen fĂŒr ein Bad mit Musik und sanftem Licht, eine Nespresso-Maschine und ihre Kapseln fĂŒr den Morgenkaffee, hochwertige Möbel (Ethnicraft in massiver Eiche) und Sylvie Thyriez "Berg" -Geschirr QualitĂ€t, ein großformatiger UHD-Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer. Alle Details wurden ausgearbeitet, damit Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen können!

The apartment was super convenient, extremely nice, and Xavier was an incredible host. Very proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed at several apartments on a multi-week trip and Xavier and his apartment were by far the best.

Beautiful modern apartment in Val Claret

Myself & family have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful modern, well equipped apartment in the centre of Val Claret. Xavier the owner sent a brochure of the area before we arrived which was very useful, he was so communicative & informative before & during our stay! Would recommend this 5* apartment & we will definitely stay here again when we return to Tignes.

The flat is perfect for a ski holiday in Tignes Val Claret. it's got a great location for ski in/out and proximity to shops and restaurants. It's been very nicely decorated, there is everything you need to cook a nice dinner, including raclette and fondue sets. I like the speakers in all the rooms. It's got great balconies with beautiful views on the mountains and all the action happening in the resort.

Great family holiday in Val Claret

Great experience and great apartment. Xavier was exceptionally communicative, both before and during the stay. The apartment was extremely well-appointed and was a good layout for a family or small group. You have a view of and easy access to the lifts, restaurants and grocery next to the building. This condo in Tignes was beyond our expectations. From the spectacular views, to the great decor of the entire place. Every detail was thought of. It is centrally located in Tignes. Close walking distance to many services and great restaurants. There’s a very well appointed kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and cutlery you could ask for. The Sonos sound system and flat screen TVs in every room are wonderful. Xavier, the owner, was very quick and helpful in all of our communications. It is obvious that much time and care was put into this condo. I would will definitely stay at this lovely place during my next trip to beautiful Tignes.

Well located, well furnished, clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central location. Within 100m, you will find lots of good restaurants, a supermarket, cheese shop, bakery, bars and sport shops. The nearest ski lift, Tufs (about 70m) away, will connect you to many parts of the mountain. The funicular to Grande Motte is about 300m away, skiable most of the way.Prior to my arrival, host Xavier, communicated with me regarding check in procedures. He provided a comprehensive brouchure recommending restaurants, bars and even where to park. Xavier also checked in during my stay to make sure everything is ok with the apartment.The apartment was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped that you can easily cook a meal for the family. There were many pots and pans of various sizes provided to make cooking easy. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, so the views are awesome. So if you are feeling lazy for the day, it is a wonderful way to just chill in the apartment and enjoy music through the superb sound system throughout the apartment. Spotify was provided. Do note that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 WC. So good co-operation needed. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be top of my list when I return to Val Claret.

Communication with owner is easy and he's very responsive. Unfortunately I did not read too much into this accommodation as it was advertise as 5*. No way. Is located in an odd hidden building, lift is slow and feels like you're in a run down old place once you reach level 7. Upon entering the place, musty smell greeted us and the layout of the place is weird. The Master bedroom has a tiny bathroom but there is only 1 small toilet located nearer to another room. The Master bathroom you can't use it to shower, as water will splash out. While the other bathroom, you've to climb into the bathtub which is very slippery. Washing machine is located inside the Master bedroom and you can't shut the door once it starts as the washing machine is width is too wide for the door. The washing machine dryer is non-existent, can forget about it. Luckily things dry fast here. As we came during summer where NOTHING is open, literally nothing. There're two supermarket which is ~ 2km away. Highlight of the place is it is very easy to get to all the hiking trails and practice your bike skills for competition event. Also owner is very kind to give me passes to access the gym, swimming pool and spa of a very nice sports center which is opposite the supermarket, though ~ 2km walk but a lovely walk with great scenery. We paid ~ USD 2.7K for 8 night stay and decided to check out after 5 nights as husband can't practice his bike properly without the chair lift operating.

Fantastic fully equipped 5* apartment

Beautifully renovated to 5* quality throughout the whole apartment. Main double bedroom is spacious with great balcony & view from 7th floor with deckchairs to enjoy the afternoon sun from warm easter afternoons. En-suite shower and sink and washing/dryer squeezed into the wardrobe but worked perfectly for mid week washes!!! Twin bedroom also spacious and next to separate toilet and main bathroom with fantastic large double ended bath and shower. Additional bunk beds are in the hallway but there are doors to all rooms inc the lounge so it still works perfectly as another room & great to put kids to bed earlier than yourselves!! All the single beds had teddies on which my kids all loved immediately and all the bedrooms had brilliant blackout curtains too so no issues sleeping either! Always lots of hot water and the apartment was always warm. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need for a week’s stay in Tignes Val Claret, in particular the nespresso coffee machine!!! Microwave, proper convection oven, two fridges & little freezer & dishwasher all squeezed into the kitchen but perfectly fitted and works so well within the lounge. Sofa really comfy and dining table spacious for family meals. Smart tv gave us access to all our usual program so kids and us loved chilling out in evenings! There is also Sonos music in all rooms! Location of the apartment is fantastic! A few steps from the apartment’s private ski locker at the bottom of the building to the snow in the centre of Val Claret. We put skies on here and skied past a couple of bars & restaurants to the ski school meeting places, barely 50yrds! Perfect and really easy, even with 3 young children! So easy we even popped back at lunchtimes for lunch after ski school! Curling Apartment block is also less than a minute from the Sherpa supermarket, pharmacy and patisserie as well as 2 or 3 ski hire shops. Couldn’t ask for a better location! Xavier was SO helpful with all of our questions inc best ski hire, parking restaurants and arrival /departure questions, made all the difference to ensure we had a fantastic holiday and brilliant memories of Tignes! Such an amazing renovation of a ski apartment that every spare inch has been thought out perfectly to deliver 5* quality throughout that we’d love to return & I’m sure we’ll be back!

Nous avons découvert et apprécié la station de Tignes L'appartement est trÚs agréqble et trÚs bien situé. Le propriétaire organise et accompagne trÚs bien (brochure avec indications sur séjour : restaurants......)

Parfait pour une semaine Ă  la montagne

L appartement est bien placé pour le départ de cours de ski pour les enfants ( trÚs peu à marcher avant de chausser les skis) Super déco ,appartement conforme aux photos , trÚs bien équipé Bref trÚs bonne semaine

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour dans un appart trĂšs bien situĂ© tant pour la vue que pour le ski. La literie est excellente le dĂ©cor et les Ă©quipements sont au top 😀. De plus il faisait trĂšs propre . Le proprio.est trĂšs sympa et tjr dispo . Merci et Ă  bientĂŽt. FrĂ©dĂ©ric

Great location snd apartment, very modern and has everything you need for a fantastic week skiing.

Very easy snd helpful host. Any issues are resolved straight away. We had a issue with a light and it was fixed that day. Apartment is amazing with three balconies and two bedrooms. Will be booking again.
