Welcome to our recently renovated home in the pine forests of Rovaniemi, where Santa Claus Village is just a 3.8 km drive away. Spread across 120 square metres, this spacious detached house comfortably sleeps eight and has everything you need for a proper Lapland stay.

The home has a distinctive split-level layout that gives it a real sense of space and character. The lower living room has a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and big windows framing the garden and the pines beyond. A few steps up, a generous dining area with seating for six sits beneath a statement capiz-shell chandelier, with the fully equipped kitchen right alongside. For quieter moments, there`s also a separate sitting room with a sofa and a decorative fireplace — a lovely spot to curl up with a book after a day in the snow. Please note the fireplace is decorative and not available for use.

There are three bedrooms across the home. The master bedroom has a 180 cm double bed with a calm, forest-facing view. The second bedroom has a 160 cm double. The third has a 140 cm bed on the ground level, with a loft sleeping space above — reached by a white wooden ladder and sleeping two on single beds — which makes it a natural favourite with children. A utility room with a washing machine makes the home practical for longer stays.

Evenings are made for the sauna. The private sauna has a Narvi heater framed by a natural stone wall and warm LED lighting beneath the tiered wooden benches. The adjacent bathroom has a shower cabin, a vanity with lit mirror and WC. A separate cloakroom with WC and basin is also available.

Outside, the large garden gives children plenty of room to play in the snow, and two parking spaces are included at the front of the house.

Bed linen and towels are included for every guest.
