Summary:

A 200-year-old finca just outside Santa Eulària, carefully restored with its original character intact. Thick stone walls, traditional Ibizan architecture and a saltwater pool surrounded by old olive trees and lavender. The fully enclosed garden makes it easy for families with small children. Walk into town in around ten minutes, drive to Cala Nova or Las Dalias in the same. A quiet base on the island, with the rest of Ibiza close by whenever you want it.



The Space:

The house dates from 1820 and has been restored slowly and carefully, with most of the original details left where they were. Thick whitewashed walls keep the inside cool through the summer. The architecture is classic Ibizan finca, low ceilings, exposed beams, simple lines, but the comforts are entirely modern: air conditioning throughout, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, satellite TV, fast wifi.



On the ground floor, the kitchen opens into the living area, and two bedrooms sit off this main space. One has twin beds that convert to a double, with an en-suite bathroom. The second has a small double and uses a private bathroom just outside the room. Upstairs, the third bedroom is more flexible, configured as a double or two singles, with its own en-suite.



The garden is the part guests tend to remember. Old olive trees, fragrant lavender, plenty of shade, and a saltwater pool with wide steps and a gentle slope that works well for younger swimmers. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue area sits under a covered terrace, set up for long lunches and evening meals. The whole garden is enclosed by a fence, useful for families and for keeping the world at a comfortable distance.



What makes the house particular is the balance it strikes. You're on the edge of Santa Eulària, close enough to walk in for dinner or to pick up groceries, but the property itself sits quietly behind its gate. Beaches, the famous Las Dalias market, and Ibiza Town are all within easy reach when you want them.



Guest Access:

Full and exclusive use of the house, garden and pool throughout your stay. The outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and all terraces are yours. The property is fully enclosed and gated.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Eulària is one of the calmer towns on the island, built around a long palm-lined promenade and a working marina. It draws families and people who want Ibiza without the volume. The centre is around ten minutes on foot from the house, with a Saturday hippy market, a wide choice of restaurants, and supermarkets within easy walking distance.



The beaches nearest to you are Cala Nova and Cala Martina, both about ten minutes by car. Cala Nova has space, surf when there's swell, and a relaxed beach restaurant. Las Dalias, the well-known weekly market in Sant Carles, is also a ten-minute drive and worth timing a visit around. For dinner with more atmosphere, Sant Carles village and the coast road towards Es Canar both reward an evening out. Ibiza Town and the old Dalt Vila citadel are around twenty minutes by car.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended on Ibiza, and we can help arrange one before you arrive. The property has private parking on site. Ibiza Airport is around twenty-five minutes by car. Taxis are available but limited in peak season, so having a car of your own gives you the freedom the island really calls for.



Other Things to Note:

A few things worth knowing about the house. The pool uses a saltwater system rather than chlorine, gentler on skin and hair, and the wide steps make it easy to use with young children. The garden is fully fenced, which is helpful for families with little ones.

The third bedroom is upstairs with its own en-suite. The downstairs second bedroom uses a private bathroom located just outside the room itself, worth knowing if you're a group of three couples rather than a family.

Practical details for your stay:



- Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule of stays around yours, just ask and we'll do what we can.

- Private parking is available on site.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
