With cycle routes to join, running from Trecco Bay to Rest Bay just on your doorstep. Swansea Bay and Cardiff city are both within 30 miles and easy to reach via the M4 if you’d like to explore more of Wales.
This lovely, vibrant property with subtle seaside decorations is inviting from the moment you step through the doors and onto the underheated floors. The lounge area with a sofa and comfy armchair is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes for an inviting space to dine at – make use of the sleek and contemporary kitchen with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and a ‘Nespresso Vertuo’ coffee machine for the perfect start to your mornings. Head up the beautifully-crafted oak staircase where you’ll discover the first bedroom with a comfortable single bed and lovely big windows to let the light flood in. Next to it, you have another light and airy single room with a double bed to give you that extra bed space to spread out and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV/DVD located on the wall. Head along the landing to find a large wet room with a rainfall shower and WC, and the king-size bedroom with a Smart TV/DVD with en-suite shower room and WC.
At the back of the property is a lovely, enclosed walled garden with a slated patio and artificial lawn, complete with dining furniture. Roadside parking is subject to availability.
