Set in the heart of Mumbles close to the popular 'top shops' of Newton Road, Oystermouth Castle, Underhill Park and the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland, this holiday home boasts parking for a small car, and a secluded courtyard garden complete with outdoor shower.

Kitchen/Diner: Shaker style cupboards, plenty of storage, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave Microwave Coffee maker (Dolce Gusto & Nespresso adapter) Well equipped with pans, utensils etc. and washing machine. Dining table and seating for 6.
Kitchen Courtyard: The back door leads out to a secluded L-shaped courtyard garden where there is an outdoor shower and funky dining table for 6. Access the garage where there is a WC, wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lounge: Large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV 43 "with Virgin, A DVD/Blu-ray player and electric effect fire in the period fireplace at one end creating a perfect chill out zone. French doors also open to courtyard. At the other end of the lounge is a watching and gaming space with large flat screen TV, Xbox games console plus games, Fold down workspace for off season workation a 3-seat sofa, 3 armchairs and a feature fireplace (not a working fireplace).
First Floor
Master Bedroom: King size bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and a Smart TV, and fold down workspace.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds and under bed drawers 2 chests of drawers and hanging space.
Bathroom: Fully tiled with a free standing bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin and built in storage.
Second Floor: Attic room with restricted head room owing to sloped ceilings.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds and chest of drawers.
External: Garage with remote operated roller door at rear of property for one small car or secure bike and sports equipment storage. Secluded L-shaped courtyard garden at the back of the property with shower, outdoor sitting area and access to garage and parking space.
