Dear Debbie, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent visit to one of our beachfront properties. I am very sorry to learn about your experience. Clearly we never enjoy reading reviews like yours. I know you spoke to our team prior to your arrival. I understand that you were hoping to cancel your reservation but the cancellation period has passed because it was a week before your arrival. In order to try and avoid the 20 negative reviews you threatened us with because we were simply following the VRBO cancellation policy that you agreed to at the time you made the reservation, we sent our team to the property prior to your arrival to ensure it was spotless and everything was in working order. We understood how important it was that the oven was working correctly. We made sure that request was met. We also sent a senior manager to meet you when you arrived to ensure any questions were answered. Even after our conversations with you, we really wanted to ensure the home was perfect so that you and your guests could have a truly comfortable and relaxing vacation.
