Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that the house comfortably accommodated your group and that you enjoyed the great views and quiet neighborhood. We agree that the potential for surfing right in front of the house is a fantastic feature, and we're glad you were able to take advantage of it. We also appreciate your feedback about the sandy beach, please note that all homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future! Sincerely, The Team at Beachfront Only

We love your 5-star review and we can’t wait to see you again soon! ~The Team at Beachfront Only

Jennifer, thank you you for your visit, and especially your feedback. It is unfortunate that you had this experience the first night, but we're happy we were able to resolve this the next day. Yes, in an effort to do our part and conserve energy, we do install timers in lieu of light switches; this does not apply to the AC units. Installing washers and dryers at the properties also contributes to our conservation efforts, we surely hope guests understand. Rest assured, we'll take the feedback regarding the furniture to see where improvements can be made. The same applies to the dishwasher. Thank you so much for your feedback and stay, we hope to see you again soon. The Team at Beachfront Only

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad to hear that the majority of the stay was wonderful, that the sleeping arrangements worked well for your group, and that your family had such a fun time at the beach! We sincerely apologize that the floors were not properly cleaned prior to your arrival, especially with a crawling baby in your group. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We also apologize that we were unable to fully resolve the AC issues during your stay despite our team’s efforts to troubleshoot and repair the units. We always encourage our guests to bring any concerns to our attention in real time during their stay so that we have the opportunity to address them promptly and make things right whenever possible. Had we known about the floors during your stay, we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team back to thoroughly address them. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome your family back for an even better experience!

Thanks for the fantastic feedback! Knowing that the house provided plenty of space for a large group to relax and take in the scenery is exactly what we love to hear. Thank you for pointing out the easier beach access route up the road for future guests, and we hope to welcome you all back soon!

Thank you so much for the high recommendation! We’re thrilled that your party of 14 fit comfortably and that you fully enjoyed the three levels of oceanfront decking. Our cleaning team takes a lot of pride in the details—from the spotless oven to the prepped grill—so it's wonderful to hear that noticed. We'd love to host your group again for another memorable getaway!

Anish, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to host you and your family. We encourage all guests to contact us during their stay should any issues arise. Our helpful team members are happy to assist should your stay be less than perfect. ~ Peter
