Whether you`re looking for countryside peace, cosmopolitan flair, or a balance of both, this venue delivers. Smoking, drugs, fraud, identity theft, forgery, illegal and criminal activities, unauthorised parties & events, extremely loud music & loud noises are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds, and evidence may be passed to the authorities for prosecution or legal action. CCTV is in use at the property entrance and external areas of the building for security & safety purposes. There are also smart sensors in use throughout the building. The guest will be charged according to the payment and cancellation policy chosen at the time of booking. Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out time is by 10:00. Arrival or departure outside these times without prior agreement may result in additional charges. There is a security deposit of GBP 1000 for incidentals, which is charged prior to arrival of the property. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Where the deposit has already been taken by Airbnb, we will still require a payment pre-authorisation only as part of our verification checks. Guests approved by us may choose a fixed, non-refundable reduced deposit fee, instead of the standard £1000 refundable security deposit. This does not waive adherence to house rules, as any damage, excessive cleaning, anti-social behaviour, or rule violations will incur extra charges. By selecting this option, guests accept full liability for such costs. Also, we may withdraw this option at any time, in which case the standard refundable deposit will apply. You will be required to review and sign/agree to our T&C’s before you’re allowed to check in and stay. The signature process includes photo identification which can be either (1) a driver’s license showing address, or (2) an international passport and a proof of address. The payment details for the booking must match the name of the individual who made the booking. Upon check-in, guests may be required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers` license or passport, and the payment details used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the payment details provided. If the payment details used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid credentials verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment details supplied.
