A Note on Expectations:

We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

The house is on a quiet residential street, providing a calm environment, but typical neighbourhood sounds may be heard.

As mentioned, the beds are double and queen sized respectively, so it might not be very comfortable for anyone with a bigger built.

Using our guest permit system, only one parking space is available for guests (one permit provided per day).

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Just a short walk away, you'll find The Paddock, a beautifully restored public space that seamlessly blends Edwardian park charm with modern urban design. This green oasis is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a moment of relaxation.

For those interested in history, the Chatham Historic Dockyard is a must-visit. This expansive site offers a glimpse into Britain's maritime heritage, featuring historic warships, the Victorian Ropery, and interactive exhibits. It's also a filming location for the popular series Call the Midwife, providing fans with a unique behind-the-scenes experience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
