The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability, unfortunately, is independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.

It is located right next to the river, the apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
