independent apartment, available for rent in the center of Maruggio,
retains all the most charming features of the historic 17th-century
farmhouse, to which modern comforts have been added following a careful
restoration.
The entrance opens into a beautiful living room furnished with a 120 cm sofa bed and a dining area with a table and chairs. An iron staircase leads to the loft where the first double bedroom is located.
Adjacent to the living room are both the kitchenette and the hallway leading to the second double bedroom and the
bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can step out onto the
patio, which is equipped with a sink, washing machine, and outdoor
shower.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the bedrooms is located on a mezzanine level.
