The Space:

As soon as you enter the apartment, you step into the bright open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge. The sitting area and dining space create a cosy and practical place to unwind. Through the large sliding window, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can relax outside and enjoy the sea breeze in peace. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven and microwave.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds, making it ideal for families or a group of friends of up to 6 people. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet in the hallway for extra comfort.



You can park with ease in the private garage box included during your stay. The location is quiet yet ideal: within easy reach of the beach, the marina and the lively centre of Nieuwpoort, where you will find restaurants, shops and the typical Belgian seaside atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
