The Space:

Villa Lera welcomes you with a spacious, bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa and television. Adjacent, you’ll find the dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together.



From the living room, you have direct access to the garden. Here, you can relax on the pleasant terrace, perfect for an aperitif or unwinding in peace. There is also space to park two cars on the driveway next to the house.



Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, ideal for children. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs for extra comfort. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided during your stay.



Villa Lera boasts a prime location: step outside and you’re right in the dunes for a beautiful walk. The beach and sea are about a 15-minute walk away, and the lively center of Nieuwpoort-Bad, with shops and restaurants, is also within walking distance.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
