Cozy and bright apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, right in the city centre and just a short walk from Cádiz’s main attractions. Fully renovated, the property features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

For added comfort, the apartment offers Wi-Fiand air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay at any time of the year. We also provide a cot and high chair upon requestfor families travelling with young children. Pets are not allowed.

Apartment Access:
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our office.If you expect to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can arrange your arrival accordingly.

Key collectionwill take place at our office, located at Calle Argantonio nº 10, Office 1.

During your stay, we will be happy to assist you with anything you may need. In addition, we provide an emergency contact number available from 8:00 p.m. onwardsto help with any urgent issue related to the property.

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to complete and sign the guest registration form, in accordance with current regulations.

Deposit:
You will be required to make a deposit of €300 via credit/debit card as a security deposit, which will be refunded within a maximum period of 72 hours after your departure.
