Appartment that was very well located, close to the cathedral and to the sidewalk by the ocean, and well equiped for a family of four. Communication with Carmen was also easy before check-in and during the stay.

This apartment was clean as could be , quiet at night, and well located. It has very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Carmen is a great communicator - she was always available, and the instructions in the apartment were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed all of the recommended restaurants we tried. You can't go wrong with this place.

The apartment is lovely, spacious, and full of light. The quiet location on a pedestrian street is perfect. All communication was prompt. If you’re going to Tarifa, grab this one!

Best stay in Cádiz!

We adored staying at this apartment with our two teenaged daughters (family of four). The location was excellent, in old town Cádiz, in walking distance to two beaches and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable and we could not have loved staying here more. We felt safe the whole time, even walking late at night. Carmen is the best host, super responsive and helpful to make the stay just magical. This was our best stay across three cities in Spain!

Cute Apartment in the Middle of Cadiz

Had a great three days in this very nice, well-appointed apartment in the middle of the action in Cadiz. Very close to the Cadiz cathedral and Roman Theater, which were at the top of our list of places to see. Carmen was very responsive to our questions about Cadiz. It made everything go very smoothly.

Perfect Location for family of 4

We traveled to Cadiz from Australia . We stayed in the apartment for 13 nights. Everything was perfect- the shower has great pressure. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen very easy to cook in and the lounge also comfy. The position of the apartment is unbeatable- everything so close. We had the added bonus of being in Spain when they won the Euros. Perfect holiday- we will be back. Thank you ❤️❤️

My wife and I stayed here four nights for our honeymoon and loved it. We were impressed by how modern and well-designed the apartment was. The location is perfect — since we were just steps from the cathedral we spent so much time hanging out in the plaza, getting coffee and tostada, etc. as well as wandering around the city. The price was very reasonable to! The one suggestion I have for the host is to provide more detailed information about how the door/gate system works. It took us a bit to figure out as it’s different than our apartments.

Fabulous upmarket condo in the best area of Cadiz

What a fabulous time my husband and I had staying in this gorgeous 2 bedroomed condo. It is in a great location right in the old town with many shops tapa's bars and restaurants. Also, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We watched the sun set every night on our beach walk. Cannot recommend this place enough. It has everything. Carmen is a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations and answered any questions we had promptly. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and so much to see in and around.

Three weeks in Cadiz

This was a perfect location and the apartment was comfortable. We stayed 3 weeks to enjoy the area and lovely weather. We took daily walks by the sea wall and would then stop for a beer and tapas at one of the great restaurants. We are foodies and this was a great place to stay. Carmen was very helpful and called the clinic for us regarding Covid tests since we wanted to make sure we understood how it would work. We would suggest two items to add to the apartment: an extra set of sheets for long term renters and a large mixing bowl.

Clean appartment and central location

Parking somewhat difficult in Old City, the appartment was well equipped but no towels or anything for the beach. Also the 2nd set of keys did not work very well. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the towels, if you read the description in the platform Beach towels are not offered, mainly because it is a protected building and some guests leave them hanging in the balcony, which is not allowed. As for the Keys, I could have given you another set if you had told me. Regards

Great place to stay in Cadiz!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is in a perfect location above a busy pedestrian street, where you can watch the world go by, and it is very close to historic sites and the sea wall and beaches. The apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils and an array of condiments for cooking. However with an an amazing choice of restaurants and tapas bars nearby, we did not find the need to cook. The living room was a nice space to reax on the evening. The beds were comfortable and despite its location in the heart of city, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Carmen was a perfect host, great communication and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. Don't miss the view of the Cathedral from the rooftop 5 th floor. We would definitely recommend it for your vacation in Cadiz.

Alles Bestens - klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Gast, wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles wunderbar. Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung ist gut. Mitten im Zentrum, aber auch nah genug zum Bahnhof, zum Strand per Fußweg. Man findet (bis auf Eierbecher) alles was man so In einer Wohnung braucht. Schön wäre eine Ergänzung um ein bisschen Strand-Equipment wie Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, damit man dieses nicht jedes Mal neu kaufen und zurück lassen muss. Eine Mitnahme im Flugzeug ist ja leider nicht mehr möglich, und vor Ort findet man diese Dinge schwer ohne ein Auto in der Nähe zu kaufen.. Unseren Sonnenschirm ließen wir diesmal zurück, das letzte Mal die Strandstühle. Diese waren aber leider nicht mehr da. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Right in the heart of Cadiz

Nice little flat to enjoy the old town of this beautiful city. Close to daily living and right around the corner of the market and the harbour. Beaches can be recommended, e.g. Mahu beach. Flat well looked after. Parking not difficult but maybe expensive (Campo del Mar). However, car not needed.

Mixed feeling

We stayed in this apartment for 15 days (4-19 September 2018). Our stay was mix of pleasant and unpleasant experiences. On positive side: The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is clean, adequately equipped and nicely located (near to beach & shopping & old city center). During day time a little bit of noise from Pedestrian Street below when the windows are open. On the negative side: 1) From day one the hot water temperature was very low for the shower. It became even colder and colder and eventually at day 4 we didn’t have hot water at all. We contacted the owner and reported the situation. The response was that it will take minimum of 24 hours to fix the problem. But in real term it took 1.5 days to restore the hot water again. During this period we couldn’t take shower and avoid going to the beach for swimming because after few cold shower we got the cold and not feeling well. However, 3 days after they repaired boiler the water temperature start going down again and the last 2 days of our stay we didn’t have hot water at all. The owner offered plenty of sympathy and promises that it will be fixed but never happened till we left. 2) We stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment and expected to have extra set of bed linen provided, but there was only one set. Luckily we had our own bed linen as usual for travel. 3) For keeping the place clean and tidy there is a need to a functional vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately there was only very old one that made only noise with no real functionality. 4) The evening before our departure the lift of the build stop working. We reported the problem to owner considering the fact that next day we need the lift to carry our luggage from 4th floor of old building to ground floor. We were told it will be fixed next day 8am. However, we were there till10.45am and nobody fixed the lift and we had to carry heavy luggage from 4th floor to ground floor, which was rather unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. Overall the whole experience of our stay in this apartment affected our holiday mood and enjoyment.

Dear Rahim First of all thanks for leaving the apartment so tidy . I’m very sorry you where at the apartment when the hot water boiler was having problems. This boiler heats the water for all the apartments in the building and everyone was on top of the problem. I called many times to the superintendent but a piece was broken and had to be delivered. As for the elevator, the problem started just the night before you were leaving and it was fixed at noon the following day . I offered to have someone help you with the luggage before the checkout at 11:00 but when they arrived you were already gone. Finally and regarding the extra set of bed linens, if you had asked me , I would have sent Alejandra, my assistant with some linens at that very moment. I apologize again for these unlucky and unusual inconveniences and hope you understand. Kind regards Carmen

Sehr schönes, freundliches und gut ausgestattetes Appartment im Herzen von Cadiz

Das Appartment ist wirklich schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage und das moderne Flair der Wohnung. Alleine die Parkplatzsituation in Cadiz erfordert einige Kreativität beim Planen des Tagesablaufs bzw. Aufenthalts.

Alles perfekt

Sehr schöne, bestens und modern eingerichtete Wohnung im Zentrum von Cadiz. Da konnte man sich wirklich wohl fühlen. Sehr aufmerksam war von Carmen, dass Butter, Marmelade, Toastbrot, Gewürze usw. schon da waren, als wir angekommen sind. Zum Parken empfehlen wir das Parkhaus an der Promenade ("um die Ecke", hieß Emsa oder so ähnlich). Da bekommt man, wenn man länger bleibt, einen guten Preis. Man kann trotzdem jederzeit ein- und ausfahren. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin (Carmen). Man kann diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen.
