This beautiful villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, combining comfort, space, and stunning ocean views.

Step into the bright living room, where large windows flood the space with natural light and showcase breathtaking views of the sea. Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats six guests for shared meals and memorable moments together.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless throughout your stay.

French doors open onto the outdoor terrace, a wonderful space for enjoying Madeira's mild climate. Here, you'll find outdoor seating and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining while taking in the beautiful surroundings and ocean views.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed to ensure restful nights. The master bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while a second modern bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. All beds come with hotel-quality linens, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

For longer stays, a separate laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and dryer is available, adding extra comfort and practicality.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A peaceful and comfortable apartment in Campanário, on Madeira’s stunning south coast, offering a relaxing setting surrounded by ocean and mountain views. Guests can enjoy nearby coastal viewpoints, traditional villages, and scenic walks through Madeira’s famous levada trails.

The area is ideally located for exploring attractions such as Cabo Girão, one of Europe’s highest sea cliffs, as well as the charming town of Ribeira Brava and the island’s beautiful natural landscapes. With Funchal within easy reach, it’s a perfect base for discovering Madeira’s culture, nature, and breathtaking scenery.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no train station on Madeira Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance (5–10 minutes) from the property, offering connections to Funchal, Ribeira Brava, Câmara de Lobos, and surrounding areas.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 30–35 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
