Apartment located on the second floor, without a lift. The accommodation is situated in the renowned seaside district of Pittulongu, a residential and panoramic area just a few minutes from the centre and port of Olbia. In the immediate surroundings you will be surrounded by splendid white sandy beaches (such as Pittulongu Beach and Lo Squalo), reachable on foot or in just a few minutes by car. The neighbourhood also offers bars, fish restaurants with sea views and essential services to enjoy the Gallura coast.



Erica's house entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a lounge with sofa, TV and dining table, the kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. From this area you can access the spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and sea views. Continuing through the house you find the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. The house layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. In the centre stand out the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which displays finds from Nuragic artefacts to Roman warships, and on a hill just outside the city, with views over the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The city is also the location of major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally famous artists.

The coastal territory of Olbia alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. Furthermore, this area offers a network of naturalistic routes rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking panoramic views.

Also worth discovering is traditional food and wine, in the numerous local establishments and restaurants and during festivals. Kid goat with myrtle and Gallurese soup for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish from the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.
