As a self-villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. STARLINK-WIFI, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerators, winecoolers, freezers and coffee machine are included. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool.

The villa of 350 square meters includes 4 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Shaded Private parking next to the villa for 5 cars.

All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking indoors.
- On request for special Parties and Events
- An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 30 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.
