Villa Antonia - Luxurious Serenity with Private Pool

Featuring countless amenities and a fantastic swimming pool with a Jacuzzi function, Antonia Villa is a magnificent villa in the centre of the beautiful Zakynthos Island.

INDOOR SPACES
Antonia is a large, impressive two-level villa with four bedrooms, that can comfortably accommodate 8+1 guests – a fact that makes it ideal for families and large groups of friends!

Entering the villa from its entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a large 3.30 x 2.40 sofa – which can accommodate an additional guest, raising the accommodation capacity to 9 persons. Moreover, a tenth guest can be accommodated with the addition of a foldable bed (upon request). The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool.

The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with a king-size bed! There is also a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, as well as a mini fridge and coffee equipment.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoors features an outdoor bathroom, a built BBQ with a refrigerator and a sink, as well as a shaded area to enjoy your meals!

Since the outdoor area is really large, Antonia Villa is a perfect location for the hosting of special moments, such as marriages and celebrations! Additionally, the villa is accessible to persons with mobility limitations, since there is a ramp, a ground-floor bedroom and a bathroom where there is ample room for a wheelchair.

PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor area is simply amazing – there is a spectacular swimming pool that measures a whopping 72 sq.m., features a Jacuzzi function, and is surrounded by 6 sunbeds and two canopy beds.

The swimming pool is not heated, and its use depends on weather conditions. During April and November, as well as in cases of rain or lower night-time temperatures, it may not be possible to use the pool.

The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
