Situated in Psarou on the North coast of Zakynthos, Dolce Luxury Villas can accommodate up to 7 guests with each of the three villas being 130 m2. The villas offer a perfect blend of comfort, style, and stunning views, making them the ideal retreat. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Each villa features its own private swimming pool with sun loungers, where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea views. There is a shared barbecue area in the backyard available, perfect for outdoor dining and private on-site parking is also provided for your convenience.


On the ground floor of each villa you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level, you will find the first bedroom which is furnished with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, as well as an additional shared bathroom in the living area.


Ascending the stairs, on the first floor there is a sitting area with a sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable sleeping space. This floor also includes two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and relaxation for guests.
The extra 2 guests are accommodated on fold-up beds which can be placed in the bedrooms.

Fantastic place in Zante

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. D was a great host and even accommodated when our ferry was cancelled and met us at the airport so we didn’t get lost. Sissy is also fantastic and such a joy to have around the property! Pool, location and recommendations for activities were all 5 stars and our family had a great time

We had a lovely stay at Dolce Luxury Suites in August 2023. Our host Dionysios was great and really helpful. Property was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. Good rooms and luxury comfy beds. The pool was a good size and nice and refreshing in the hot climate. Beach a 5 min walk away with good tavernas/restaurants nearby plenty in walking distance of 5-10 mins. Would love to go back.

Amazing villa in Psarou, Zante

Beautiful villa, Psarou is a gorgeous authentic Greek village, we found 4 lovely places to eat within 5 mins walking (Porta del mar - beautiful, Armenia, Psarou beach bar and restaurant, Kipos garden restaurant) all very friendly and lovely food. Beach 2 mins walk from Villa. Villa host Dionysios was amazing, picked us up from airport, very good host, Sissy is the housekeeper, she was fantastic, cleaned everyday, washing service every 3 days, left us treats. We will definitely return.

What an amazingly beautiful villa! It is perfection. Our Host, Dionysius was extremely pleasant to work with and very informative about the island and beaches. He even came out to the ferry as we were leaving to say Goodbye and give us some pastries. The housecleaning woman Sissy was very nice, helpful and efficient. There are restaurants within walking distance and a small beach. I can truly say I did not want to leave!

What a gem!!!

Thank you so very much Dionysios for such an incredible stay!! We were blown away by how attentive you were! He came and picked up all of our luggage for us at the airport since we arrived at 10:00pm (7 of us) with two small cars! He came every morning to bring us a little local treat and if we were around he would chat with us if we weren’t he would just leave the treat for us! Sissy the lady who takes care of cleaning the units and laundry was absolutely wonderful as well! She lives below so she was always there if we needed anything!! I could not recommend this place more!!! Also I am a clean freak and he takes such great care of these units they were SPOTLESS!!! So up to date and modern too!! The island is just absolutely breathtaking and amazing as well! We will be back!! Thank you Dionysios!!!

Excellent stay in Psarou

Recently stayed at Dolce Luxury Villas in Psarou, Zakynthos, 20 min drive from Zak town/Airport. When staying here, a car really helps. However, there are places to buy some basic foods, many good restaurants and beach access nearby.Villa is roomy and very comfortably sleeps 7. If you have a couple small kids, you could have 9 with the little ones on some fold out beds in your room.Kitchen is equipped for cooking with all amenities you need, there is a large charcoal bbq shared by the 3 villas. Parking is available on property. Rooms are comfortable, each has BR with shower. There is ample room by the sparkling clean pool to swim, lounge in sun or shade. The umbrella is fantastic, with shade for at least 3 loungers.Villa is cleaned daily by Sissy, who is super sweet and efficient. She will also wash clothing which is then dried on racks in the sun just outside the villa in an area protected from wind.TBH, we did not really cook, we had breakfast in the villa almost every day - fruit, bread/toast with honey, juice, coffees (there is a nespresso machine) and leftovers for lunch.If you fancy going out, our favourite place by far was Armonia. Fantastic food and great prices, owners are super friendly, 6-7 min walk.Dionysios was fantastic, spent a good lot of time explaining everything and is available on What's App. He is great! Only downside was plumbing. Some backflow of water through a drain near the toilet, a minor inconvenience.Overall a GREAT place to stay!

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren erholsamen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wunderbar- wie die Buchungsübersicht; der Vermieter unfassbar gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und die Lage der Unterkunft durch die Nähe zum Strand/ Meer perfekt für eine tägliche Schwimmeinheit. Fantastischer Urlaub in Zakynthos

Warum nach Sardinien, Malediven oder Thailand? Zakynthos bietet ebenfalls traumhafte saubere Strände, tolles Meerwasser, sehr freundliche Menschen und extrem gutes und günstiges Essen. Dionysios und Sissi haben mit ihrem herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Sie waren rund um die Uhr für uns da, um unseren Urlaub zu einem besonderem Erlebnis zu machen. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Alle Fragen wurden von Dionydios, dem freundlichen Besitzer, umgehend per Mail beantwortet. Der Empfang am Flughafen war sehr herzlich. Wir wurden sogar bis zum Haus begleitet. Dort erhielten wir von Dionydios viele tolle Infos rund um die Insel. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich verabschiedet. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und einfach toll! Ein grosses Dankeschön auch an "Sissi", der guten Putzfee. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein perfekter Familienurlaub in Zakynthos

Es ist wirklich alles so toll, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht! Der Gastgeber und die Hauswartin sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit, würde sofort wieder in dieses kleine Paradies zurückkehren, Auto ist zwingend erforderlich.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Dionysios holte uns mit seiner Frau Tatiana vom Flughafen ab. Da wir kein Auto hatten fuhr er uns sogar in einen Supermarkt. Es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Supermarkt 150 Meter weg von der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Meer ist nur 50 Meter entfernt und ganz klar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und Dionysios hat alles dafür getan um diese noch besser zu machen. Wir sind sehr dankbar dafür und würden wieder kommen.

Nous venons de passer un séjour de 11 nuit inoubliable dans la dolce luxury suit. Dionysios notre hôte est d'une gentillesse et une générosité extraordinaire. Il a été toujours disponible et très discret durant notre séjour. La maison, digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, est parfaite, propre, grande et hyper fonctionnelle. On ne manque de rien. Hyper bien située au milieu d'oliviers centenaires, à peine à 50 mètres d'une très belle plage, nous avons le calme et les commodités à proximité. Des restaurants et une épicerie à moins de 200 mètres en contrebas de la maison ont rendu notre séjour hyper agréable. Sissy, de l'intendance est d’une propreté, d’une gentillesse hors normes. Nous venons de passer un séjour dans les meilleures conditions qui puissent exister pour notre famille. Nous avons l’habitude d’utiliser les plateformes pour réserver et nous voyageons énormément : c’est bien la première fois que nous avons vécu une expérience humaine et touristique de cette intensité. Le calme d’un lieu, la beauté et le luxe d’une maison de vacances (couchages parfaits, salles de bains spacieuses, cuisine, salon, salon de jardin, balcon, terrasses, piscine très bien dimensionnée, nombres incroyables de transats et de fauteuils de bronzage, serviettes à volonté … Nous ne saurions remercier Dionysios pour sa propriété et tous les à-côtés qui ont fait de ce séjour un moment de rêve, de luxe et de volupté. Super well located in the middle of olive trees, just 50 meters from a very beautiful beach, we have the peace and amenities nearby. Restaurants and a grocery store less than 200 meters below the house made our stay super pleasant. The lady in charge is extremely clean and kind. We have just spent a stay in the best conditions that can exist for our family. We are used to using platforms to book and we travel a lot: this is the first time we have had a human and tourist experience of this intensity. Shining star property.

Staying at this property couldn't have been more relaxing. In fact, we gave up a morning and early afternoon in town to just stay there and read by the pool and swim, play soft music and nap. Impeccable cleanliness and a gorgeous home. Open air environments everywhere to sit and relax. Human interactions are becoming more and more rare these days. The owners/slash managers actually met us and took us directly there and then oriented us to the property and local area, which was a valuable service and took a lot of stress and time out of locating the property on your own and made it easier to just start your vacation. It is not located in the middle of the town action, which is just what I was looking for, yet it was not difficult to get to the "action" when I wanted it. I stayed at five properties during my two-week tour and this one gets the Diamond award.

Wonderful spot away from the city

Wonderful, clean, beautiful space for couples or families traveling the island. Dionysis was an incredible host with fresh fruit and little surprises along the way. Very helpful and willing to do anything you needed. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

The villa and location was everything we had wanted and more. We had an amazing time both in the villa (which was always clean thanks to Sissy) and away. There are a number of tavernas within 5-15 minutes walking distance and a small shop which stocks essentials (having a car also helped get to even more great places - our favourite restaurant was Porto Roulis). The small local beach is literally at the end of the road and the sea was crystal clear, calm and perfect for paddling and swimming. During our stay we booked a boat trip from the local harbour (less than minutes drive) which took us around the Blue Caves. Dionysios was a great host (even bringing us fresh pastries and various treats during our stay) and we can’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend to anybody staying here.

Family summer holiday 2022

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at the Dolce Luxury Suites. Dionysios and his wife kindly met us at the airport and took us to the villas. This was great as it meant we didn’t have to worry about finding the villa. He then showed us into the villa and provided a map of the island and also the local area with restaurants etc. We had a car hire firm deliver and collect a car from the villa. There are tavernas and a beach nearby but we wanted to explore the island. It was a great base for our trips to Zante town and Port Nicholas. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by Sisi who was in every morning and always smiling. The villa was just as it appeared on the website and Dionysios was already available to answer any questions and popped round to regularly clean the pool. A great villa to explore Zante and lovely hosts.

Amazing Villa

Our stay at Dolce luxury suites was absolutely serene and peaceful. The villa itself is so lovely and clean! The host Dionysios was very hospitable, explained what to do on the whole Island and made us feel like we were at home away from home. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. We overall loved out stay here.

A perfect holiday

If you choose to stay at one of the three apartments that make up this property, you are in for a real treat. Everything about this place is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, well cared for and extremely comfortable, with lots of little touches that are usually only found in luxury hotels. The host (Dionysius) is an absolute gem who obviously takes great pride in looking after his guests really well. The housekeeper, Sissy, ensures everything is immaculately clean. I’m really struggling to find anything that was negative about our stay! The whole family slept really well (comfortable beds in quiet, cool rooms) and enjoyed making use of the beautiful pool and outdoor eating/relaxing areas. Just a very short walk from a small sandy beach (Psarou), we were able to nip down for a sunrise swim or sit at the beach taverna enjoying the view over the sea. Although Psarou is a small hamlet, there are several tavernas within easy walking distance and we enjoyed all of them. If only all holiday homes were as good as this one!

Absolutely Amazing

Dionysios was the BEST host. The property is incredible - beautifully maintained, wonderful location and incredibly welcoming. We have been to Zakynthos quite a few times, because my mother-in-law was born there. This was BY FAR the best experience we have had. The villa is so spacious with a wonderful layout. The bedrooms are very nice, each with a lovely bathroom. The kitchen is absolutely perfect for making meals. The pool is SO NICE! The sea is just some steps away. Psarou is such a lovely area -- not too crowded -- which is perfect for families. And right in between Alykes / Alykanas and Tsilivi. We could not ask for a better place and whenever we come back to Zakynthos we will definitely book here! Special shoutout to Miss Sissy for being so nice and helpful!

Fabulous holiday villa

We were a party of 6 people, (family & friends) . From the moment we were met by Dionysios and his wife at the airport, we realised we were in for a treat. Nothing was too much trouble for them, the accommodation was superb in every way. The location is very close to the small sandy beach and provides safe bathing. I mentioned a hire car to Dionysios and he put me in touch with the hire company. The car was delivered to the villa next day. It's advisable to hire a car, the island is small but you get to see so much more if you have a vehicle. Dionysios would even surprise us with little food gifts from the local area from time to time. The whole experience was extremely good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to future holiday makers. We will certainly be returning.
