Located in the Knowledge Quarter, close to Liverpool University and just 20 minutes walk to the city centre, this is the ideal base to make the most of Liverpool. Free on-site parking is available for guests.



The Space:

Each spacious en-suite room sleeps two and is equipped with its own bathroom, free Wi-Fi and desk space. A perfect pad for explorers on a budget, who want to make the most of the city and surrounding areas, whilst returning to a comfortable base at the end of the day!

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Knowledge Quarter, close to Liverpool University and just 20 minutes walk to the city centre, this is the ideal base to make the most of Liverpool. The city's attractions include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Chinatown - for a huge choice of authentic Asian cuisine, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.



Getting Around:

As mentioned, the city centre is within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road. Liverpool Central and Liverpool Lime Street Train Stations are both less than 20 minutes walk or a short taxi/bus ride from the apartment.

We manage a number of ensuites in this block, the unit presented represents our typical en-suite room, however this layout may differ slightly.



If you lose the keycard provided upon check-in there will be a £20 charge to replace it.
