With a range of restaurants, bars, and shops in the surrounding area, you'll have everything you need at your doorstep.
This studio is designed with open sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The neighbourhood is home to iconic landmarks such as the Liverpool Waterfront, the famous Albert Dock, and the stunning St. George's Hall. With many shops, restaurants, and cultural venues, including the Liverpool Empire Theatre and the Walker Art Gallery, there is always something to see and do. The central location also provides easy access to transportation hubs, making exploring other parts of the city convenient. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a food lover, or a culture seeker, the Central Liverpool neighbourhood has something to offer everyone.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Moorfields, is just a 6-minute walk.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
