In the authentic heart of the Costa del Sole, on Elba Island, we offer a welcoming two-room apartment immersed in tranquility and nature, just minutes from the island's most beautiful beaches.

The apartment is on two levels. The ground floor features a living room with a French sofa, TV, and kitchenette; a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony; and a bathroom with a shower.

Important Notes:
- Rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12
- Groups of children under 21 are not permitted
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set, including for single use (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.

Key collection information:
Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
