Einheit 329 - 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer Bayfront End Condominium

Diese zweite Etage 3 Schlafzimmer 2-Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Bay Seite unseres Eigentums. Es ist ein Mindestaufenthalt von sieben Nächten erforderlich für die Vermietung dieser Einheit. Die Bay-Seite verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum Gulf Side Teil unserer Eigenschaft, die einen anderen Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unseren weißen Sandstrand hat. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, schlafen unsere drei Schlafzimmereinheiten maximal acht Personen. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet, ein Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, das dritte vordere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Twin-Size-Bett. Au��erdem gibt es ein Schlafsofa in der Unterkunft. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit 24-Zoll-Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet, während das Wohnzimmer einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV für Ihre Unterhaltung bietet. Das Gäste-Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und der Meister ist eine Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Die offene Küche ist komplett mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung hat Fliesen im ganzen Haus. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

The kitchen was only stocked with a few items. Some Larger bowls,Tupperware cheese grater, and a soup pot would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kind of strange not having a public bathroom, as the third bedroom needed to come into our bedroom to go to the bathroom.

The outdoor eating area was delightful for gathering for family meals as well as watching the sunrise. The great room was perfect for sitting and talking, as well as the dining room table when it was too hot to eat outside. Everything was very nice. Guests will enjoy the balconies and the outside porch. A lovely condo to gather as a family! Could use more coffee cups and the toaster does not work, but everything else was good!

If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.

Minor repairs and cookware needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was satisfactory. However, I had to walk to the office to address a few issues. The fan in the bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom had a broken ceiling fan. The fan lights were hanging by wires causing the fan to wobble. The wobble in the fan caused the broken lights hanging by wires to hit the fan causing a consistent noise though out the night if you wished to use the fan....which was needed as it was warm. The fan in the living room was out of balance and wobbled when on a high speed.Finally, the two small frying pans were pretty pathetic. The front office provided two additional frying pans as a temporary fix to the problem. I do not know if previous renters have stolen the cookware from the unit, but the owners need to update cookware for future renters. This was not a cheap property to rent and for the money, I felt these problems should have been addressed prior to my arrival. On a positive note, the common area in the unit was spacious and clean. The office personnel were very helpful by quickly addressing the issues and a special "shout-out" to Jesus for taking the time to modify the fan to allow us to use the fan in the bedroom.

Enjoyed every minute with our daughter’s family (3 grandchildren). So for 4 adults and the kids, this condo was great. Only change we would have liked for us is to switch the queen bed with the double+twin beds making two master bedrooms. The condo had everything we needed and we felt safe (COVID-wise). Thanks so much for a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place to be with family. The walk to the beach is a bit far (but the bay is right outside the door) but after visiting several restaurants, we needed that walk! ;-)
