This was the second visit to Palm Bay Club. I love it, easy access to the beach, and this unit was big enough to accommodate my family with plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. We loved the out side deck. Watch the sun rise in the morning over the bay. I highly recommend this unit.

Palm Bay Club is one of the best!

We’ve stayed with Palm Bay club about 5 times now, it always meets and or exceeds expectations. We were pleased with our condo and look forward to stay here again!

Great Family Gathering Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful space for having all of our family together. We stayed in our own condo (#132) and our family was able to stay here. The outdoor eating area was delightful for gathering for family meals as well as watching the sunrise. The great room was perfect for sitting and talking, as well as the dining room table when it was too hot to eat outside. Everything was very nice. Guests will enjoy the balconies and the outside porch. A lovely condo to gather as a family! Could use more coffee cups and the toaster does not work, but everything else was good!

Nice space needs the little extras.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thought the end unit would be a great view to the bay, but the windows are so high that you can’t see out when you sit down. The kitchen was only stocked with a few items. Some Larger bowls,Tupperware cheese grater, and a soup pot would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kind of strange not having a public bathroom, as the third bedroom needed to come into our bedroom to go to the bathroom.

Nice unit for a larger or multi-gen family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 8 days in this unit with our adult son, daughter-in-law, and their three children. This was in November after Hurricane Milton, and was booked last minute after our original booking at another property cancelled due to damage. We were thrilled to find it. The unit was as described and depicted on the website. What we really liked about the unit: very close to bayside pool and fishing dock, large spacious unit with plenty of seating, view of pool & bay. What we didn’t like: strange layout with the two bathrooms each in one of the bedrooms (no bath entrance from the common areas, and if in the third bedroom, you have to go into another bedroom to use the facilities), it was a LONG walk to the beach (about .3 miles) and you have to cross a busy road to get there. You can drive and park closer which we did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on the description, we did not know that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms. If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Palm Bay for 10 years now and each time we are amazed by the environment and the amenities provided. Unit 329 has a superb terrace and an exceptional view but for the price , the layout could be improved (see furniture on the terrace and kitchen utensils more varied)

Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay overall although I think the “security” staff goes a little overboard with always asking to see wrist bands and yelling about any visitors.

Hello Joyce, thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our security staff and all the work they do to keep our property and guests safe. Part of this is done by making sure that our visitor levels stay below the maximum, and that everyone with an armband is someone who is supposed to be here. We do understand and hear your feedback tho, and we will be bringing it to management. Have a good day.
