Diese renovierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Golfseite unseres Anwesens. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal sechs Personen geeignet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine schöne ebenerdige Dusche und das Gäste-Badezimmer verfügt über eine praktische Badewanne / Dusche. Beide Bäder verfügen über Granitarbeitsflächen und die Duschen sind mit Haltegriffen ausgestattet. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über Granitarbeitsplatten und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, die abgeschirmt ist, so dass Sie mit Ihren Freunden und der Familie unsere warme tropische Brise genießen können.

It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Great location and very clean

Much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 5 people! Very clean, great location. Short walk to the beach which was spectacular! Short drive to the village and other beaches to explore. We had a great time!

We checked in after hours, key was waiting, we loved our room, the beach was beautiful, guest services great, one problem with the room and it was promptly fixed. We had a wonderful vacation!

The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Good times

We had overall great stay, everything was clear and delivered as promised. The only thing that was a bummer one of the rooms had prominent Sewer smell . I called management and they handed it quickly (30 min) by sending handy man . I don’t think the smell could be removed due to construction of the building (3 story) , but I give them credit for handling problem so quickly. Overall good stay close to beautiful beach. Thanks!

They were limited parking for a second vehicle. We were told about this but didn’t realize how difficult it might be. Also outside people having seadoos in the beach area of the private waters. They were right in the middle of highly populated areas, children swimming. There were limited or no controls of the waters and beach.

We were worried about the condition of the property, but it was as if nothing had ever happened. The unit (second floor) was spacious and clean. Elevators were not working but security guards came to help us carry up our bags.Beach is beautiful and clean. We loved the bay side pool and hot tub, quieter than the pool by registration. The fitness center has a good amount of equipment. Trolley to town stops right by the entrance, but you can also take golf carts which are a bit faster (just tip the driver). I would definitely return to Palm Bay Club.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.
