3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. A charming and bright cottage located at the edge of the quaint village of Leenane. The cottage sleeps 6 and is ideally suited to couples, families and friends. Activities, attractions, and adventure sports are all accessible locally including hill climbing, boat cruises, water sports and seaweed treatments. Aasleagh Falls and Leenane village were featured in the film "The Field". There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the village and the local store will provide you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Westport and Clifden are two more distant towns that may be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes. Galway City is only forty-five minutes away.

Entry from the front door opens into the spacious bright and airy living room. The perfect space for family and friends to enjoy with plenty comfort seating, a cosy wood burning stove, a wide aspect window provides magnificent views of Killary fjord with mountain backdrop. There is also a large SMART TV, DVD player and plenty board games etc. Off the living room is a large and well-equipped Kitchen with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, (chest freezer is in press in hall) electric hob & oven, washing machine and dryer. The dining area caters for 6 persons perfect for cosy dinners in.
The sleeping accommodation and main bathroom are all to the rear of the cottage. Bedroom 1 the master is a double bedroom with ample storage and ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom whereas bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with two single beds.
The family bathroom is a good size and includes bathtub with shower overhead, sink and WC. Linen and Towels included. Electricity included. Available for short breaks all year round. Pet friendly - one dog only. Wi-Fi included.
