You enter through the middle floor, where you are welcomed by a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 8 guests, and a stylish lounge space opening directly onto the terrace and private garden. This floor also includes a guest toilet. Large windows and soft neutral tones create a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the house.



The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The partially covered terrace features both a lounge area and a large outdoor dining table, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ, and wine fridge. The tropical garden offers sun loungers and direct gated access to the golf course, while mature greenery maintains privacy without blocking the beautiful golf views. Following a small pathway from the garden, guests also have access to the communal swimming pool.



On the lower level, you will find two bedrooms connected by a cozy TV/lounge area, a separate bathroom, direct access to the private garage, and access to the laundry area.



The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including the master suite with private balcony overlooking the golf course and garden.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and nearby golf courses, although many amenities can be reached within a short drive. The property includes a private garage for one vehicle, and additional free street parking is available directly outside the house.



Málaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
