Perfect location!

Loved the location and the house was set up with everything that we needed. We loved the close access to the beach, the numerous spots for fishing and proximity via walking or bikes to harbor town, sea pines beach club and salty dog cafe! Would definitely rent again!

Great location

Fabulous rental, private pool, walking distance to the beach, biking to sea pines. My personal favorite place to stay in the island. House has nice features like Ice maker, drinking water, hot tub, etc.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This house is perfect for a quiet, comfortable getaway. Close to the beach, private pool, bikes included and plenty of space for everyone. The furniture is in good shape and there is plenty of it. The kitchen has all of the equipment, place settings and flatware you could need. The house is exactly as advertised. We would stay here again.

Great stay

We loved this location—easy access to the beach, South Beach, and Harbour Town. We really enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the use of 4 bikes. We had a minor issue with losing hot water in the home early in our stay, but the property management company was quick to have this resolved, and the problem didn’t recur. Very comfortable beds, and a nice large kitchen with plenty of equipment for cooking meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this property again.

Great location. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Pool was a great way to cool off from the August heat. Extra Ice maker was awesome to have for drinks and coolers. Perfect beach week for our family of 7.

Great family vacation

We had a lovely vacation with three young children. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the quick walk (or even quick bike ride) to the beach. We would recommend taking a wagon or cart to transport beach gear - the walk is about 9 minutes at a leisurely pace. The layout of the house worked well for us and the kitchen was accommodating and well equipped. We were very happy with our stay!

Beautiful well appointed home

We had the best vacation at this home. Beautiful back yard with pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. Very clean and comfy beds. We highly recommend this home and also recommend the property managers of this listing. Very quick to respond and gave perfect directions on operating the hot tub. They seriously thought of everything!

Our mini-family reunion at this property

This property was absolutely perfect for our mini-family reunion. The management company was quick to respond and easy to work with. We appreciated the attention to detail in the house! The communication once we booked this house was outstanding. One shower door doesn’t have the bottom “flap” and water leaks significantly onto the floor when someone takes a shower. Might be worth looking into, as the water could be a fall risk for someone. We would 100% come back to this house and also use this vacation rental company again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach house

We had a wonderful time and found the house to be the perfect layout for our family of four plus 2 grandmas. It was a short walk or ride to the beach and the bikes provided were great! We definitely over packed, as the house had plenty of beach chairs and pool toys which weren't advertised in the listing. Overall, a great vacation week and we would highly recommend to others!

Awesome location perfect for our family

This house had everything. We loved the pool and hot tub in the backyard and the short walk or bike ride to the beach. We had an issue with one of the beds and it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in the house including baths were updated. With two families staying there we took advantage of the two living areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at your rental! We were 3 separate families who were vacationing together and the house was perfect for that. The bedrooms were spread out so you didn't feel as though you were in each other's spaces. The beach was in close proximity to the house- maybe a 3 minute bike ride. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we would love to come back!

Great week on HHI!

We had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the home was with an excellent layout to accommodate two families with small children. The house was very clean with all the amenities needed to have family meals every night! The house is perfectly situated minutes from the beach. Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach Club and South Beach Marina were all easily accessible by bike. We couldn't have picked a better location to spend our week on Hilton Head!

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious home. 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a spacious kitchen with all the cooking items you will need. The pool area is beautiful and is bathed in sunshine for the better part of the day. Also a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Only a short 8 minute walk to the beach. We loved our week here and will certainly be returning in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great - the property was as advertised - a short walk to the beach - 4 bicycles to ride, outdoor shower and hose in front of house to clean off feet, we used all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen was perfect for our size, the extra ice maker was great for heading to the beach for the day. When not at the beach we were in the pool. There were also lots of games for the kids in the cabinet - plenty of TVs - it was exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful house, very clean!

This house was beautiful and very clean! I was very impressed with how clean the house was, definitely one of the cleanest properties we have rented. The house is very nice and very large. The pool was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old loved it!! We got it heated which was perfect for our mid-May stay. The house is about a 5 minute walk from the beach (a very easy walk down Baynard Cove, to the bike path and across the street to the beach path). I would stay at this property again!

10 Baynard Cove

Great space. Good location. Would suggest power washing back deck and pool deck - dirt and mold left our feet needing to be washed before entering house. Also - time to upgrade bed linens and pillows - and perhaps add foam mattress toppers to two hard king mattresses for better night’s sleep.

Thank you for the review for 10 Baynard Cove. The owner was at the house prior to your stay and is in the process of updating the landscaping and irrigation system and is having the deck power washed and cleaned once the project is finished. I will pass on the information to her regarding foam mattress toppers for the king beds along with new pillows as well. We hope to see you again in the near future. Regards Tiffany Woollacott
