A Home to Relax and Unwind
Step inside and you land on patterned cement floor tiles that run through the hallway and bedroom, with warm wood boards underfoot in the living space. The lounge has a vintage-style leather club chair, a marble fireplace, a tripod floor lamp, and a Smart TV on an antique wooden sideboard. Soft lamplight, sheer curtains, and a relaxed mix of vintage and modern pieces give the flat a calm, lived-in feel.

• Kitchen: Brand-new white cabinetry with dark worktop, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, and cooking basics, all set on original period floor tiles.

• Bedroom 1: Wrought-iron king bed, twin bedside cabinets with lamps, curtained windows, and original patterned tiles underfoot.

• Bathroom: Compact bathroom with walk-in shower behind a glass-block partition, vanity basin with mirror, and WC. Shower only, no bathtub.

• Outdoor space: Enclosed private courtyard with a wooden table and 4 folding chairs, ideal for morning coffee or a long evening meal.

You are tucked into a quiet residential pocket behind the Palais des Congrès, within easy walking distance of parks, food markets, and the historic centre. Local buses stop within a few minutes` walk and run direct to Canet beach in around 25 minutes.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is a characterful older flat and a few things are worth flagging before you book. The bathroom is compact with a walk-in shower only and no bathtub. There are some steps and narrow doorways inside the property, so it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Original cement floor tiles are beautiful but uneven in places, as you would expect in a period home. The flat is on a quiet residential street, though as with any city-centre location you may hear occasional street noise. Self check-in is via a key safe on the gate pillar, with full instructions sent the morning of arrival.

Booking Policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins before checkout, and report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can help.
