Ferienhaus in den Dünen von Bratten Beach

In the first row of dunes at Bratten Strand in North Jutland, you'll find this charming and child-friendly holiday home from 1936. The house is secluded at the end of a quiet gravel road, so you can enjoy the silence, unique views and nature to the fullest.



The cottage oozes authenticity and real cottage atmosphere with original details and rustic wooden furniture. Make yourself at home in the 100 m2 house, which consists of a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Each room has its own unique atmosphere, and the yellow and blue room both have single beds that can easily be pushed together into double beds. The house has both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, so during the cold months you can cozy up inside by lighting the fireplace, listening to a record from the collection or doing your own thing with piano music or guitar playing. There is also an annex with a bedroom with two beds, extra mattresses and a small kitchenette.



Outside, a large plot of 2,500 m2 awaits you, filled with mare straw-covered dunes. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, play and socializing. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace followed by a dip in the sea or a walk along the beach, which is right at the end of the property. You can also build a campfire or just go on an adventure. It's the ideal setting for you to enjoy nature in all seasons.



The area around the house is as charming as the house itself. The child-friendly sandy beach is right in the backyard and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the local grocery store, where there is also a playground and a jetty. So whether you want to dip your toes in the water, build sandcastles or just enjoy the sight of the rolling dunes, this is the place for you.
