Important points to note:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is offered exclusively for seasonal lettings, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be completed through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on your phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
