The main living area on the ground floor consists a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and fabulous sea views. There is a dining area for 8 - 10 guests, and a modern well equipped kitchen with high end appliances and brakfast table, which opens up onto a terrace for outside dining and lounging. One Master bedroom with king sized bed, can be split into two singles, and en suite bathroom is located on the same floor.



Steps lead up to the first floor with a second Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace with views out to sea. There is a another light flooded bedroom with queen sized bed on this floor, also with en suite shower room.



On the garden level guests have access to two en suite bedrooms, both have direct access to the pool terraces. There is a utility room with washer and dryer, and a cinema room for those who want to settle for a quiet movie evening. The ideal floor for teenagers or a family who wish to stay on the same floor.



Outside guests can enjoy the 5x10 m heated pool, an outside shower. and lounge in comfortable outside furniture. There is an additonal terrace behind the house with some gym equipment, ideal for a morning work out, personal trainer can be arranged upon request.
