Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 7 Minuten von Tourrettes-sur-Loup entfernt, einem charmanten mittelalterlichen Dorf, das zwischen dem Meer (ca. 14 km entfernt) und den Alpes Maritime liegt. Schauen Sie sich die Unterkunft im Sommer über den Videolink auf dieser Seite an.

Das Erdgeschoss der Villa (die obere Ebene ist während der Vermietung nicht besetzt) und Gästehaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder. Im separaten Gästehaus gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das Anwesen ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen 13-Meter-Pool, der den ganzen Tag über Sonne bietet und an langen Sommerabenden immer noch hell ist. Dies ist ein sehr komfortabler Campus für Freunde und Familie. Der terrassierte Garten mit Steinmauern ist mit Oliven-, Orangen-, Zitronen-, Mandarinen-, Aprikosen-, Kirsch- und Feigenbäumen bepflanzt. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie essen abends auf der Außenterrasse inmitten der vielen Rosmarin- und Lavendelbüsche, die das Anwesen prägen. Es gibt auch viele Orte, an denen man lesen oder einfach nur sitzen und sich entspannen kann.

Lange Sommerabende mit Südlage, schönem Schwimmbad und viel Platz zum Wandern auf dem Grundstück.

Die Aussichten sind spektakulär! Es gibt sogar einen Petanque-Platz, der von zwei Maulbeerbäumen beschattet wird. Dies ist ein Haus, das zu einem beliebten Reiseziel für viele Freunde und Familienmitglieder geworden ist und das schon oft besucht wurde.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in Tourettes Sur Loop! The villa was gorgeous and as pictured, the pool was ideal for the hot temperatures, and it had everything we needed for a restful week. Kevin’s clear instructions were great for making our way to the Villa from the airport.

Wonderful location

We had a great stay in the villa, which had a fantastic garden and swimmingpool. My favorite way to start the Day, was with a cup of coffee with my book sitting amongst the olive trees. Swimmingpool was large and perfect for our Family. The location close to the town was great.

A beautiful spot on earth

I've stayed in this villa...

I've stayed in this villa twice and had a relaxing time both times. Warm sun shine, large pool, ancient olive trees, comfortable beds in naturally cool rooms, and nearby great places to eat if you want a change from the villa's relaxing enclosed bbq area. Even tried my hand at playing the piano. Definitely a place to stay.

The color and bustle of a small medieval French village on marketplace morning—fresh fish and flowers, art and antiques, the artists’ town of Tourettes sur Loup quickly became our favorite. Perched among flowering fruit trees with the scent of clear fresh mountain air, looking out to sea… All of this was ours at Villa “La Combe au Loup” As we gathered at this beautiful villa after the end of a day of visiting magnificent art museums and seaside restaurants, it was always the best part of the day. It was like Paradise in Provence😎

Our stay was nothing short of magical in what truly felt like the best place on Earth. We were fortunate to find a beautiful house that had everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect and became our daily retreat. Our group consisted of three adults and three teenagers (18, 17, and 17), and the space was ideal for both relaxation and fun. The peaceful surroundings were a delight, with a baby deer occasionally visiting the breathtaking garden filled with vibrant flowers. Parking was a breeze, with ample space for our two cars behind secure gates. The owner was always on hand and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this slice of "heaven on earth" in France. It was a trip we'll always treasure! 😍

Great villa in a great location

Just stayed eight nights. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house offers all you need including very good beds. Good size pool and a very cozy patio. The garden are magnificent with several levels and places to sit and relax. No matter how warm it gets, you will always find a chilly spot in the shadow. Property manger okay. Friendly and on time. The owner, Kevin, is very helpful and answer your questions / request more or less immediately – and very informative. Highly appreciated, and at a level we never have experienced the thirty years we have been renting houses in Europe. The location is simply ideal for exploring the Côte d'Azur. We can only highly recommend this villa, La Combe au Loup.

Perfect place to stay with a family

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and had a wonderful time. It is a perfect place to stay with kids as the garden is really huge (even bigger as it seems in the pictures) and has a lot of level lawn area to play on. Much attention to detail such as petanque field shaded by mulberry trees which can be illuminated in the evening or a very cosy outside dining area with an outdoor kitchen style gas grill. Pool has a great size as well. Everything was very well maintained. The inside area of the house provided everything we needed during our stay such as a well equipped kitchen, although the outdoor space is clearly what makes it an exceptional place to stay. The location is super quiet, especially in the evening and at night. It is slightly a bit of a longer drive to bigger supermarkets or restaurants (about 15 mins) as you have to get out of the valley first, but it did not bother us at all. Communication with the owner and the property manager was professional and very smooth, same for check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back a second time!

The entire experience was A - professionally managed, courteous, responsive, considerate- the host and owner ensured that our booking, fact gathering, and actual stay exceeded our expectations. As someone who has stayed in hundreds of vacation rentals, things can understandably sometimes miss the understood property value or your host can be less patient with 'newbie' or accidental matters. The hosts were there for any questions - and we had them- and warmly tried to support our vacation with local advice and detailed help on managing the house. The house comes as advertised and is even more tranquil in the late afternoons and early evenings than understoood; it is an older design so the internal layout does not have a central room but the bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen well put together and appliances we used worked well and easy, and the highlight is the outside "central" covered veranda, we spent so much time there early and late as a family. The nearby villages come with outrageous charm and optionality for your interests. We found it hard to venture too far from the house and nearby villages as they were that perfect. I recommend them all for different reasons- dining, art, swimming, exploring/hiking, wandering. The element of the house location not fully depicted is the relationship to northern more mountainous villages. We visited the lower French Alps and some great outdoor and alpine cultures about 90 minutes through amazing gorges.

Phantastisch!

Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr sauber, viel Platz, großartiger Pool, absolute Ruhe. Die umliegenden Ortschaften sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Le jardin, surtout, est magnifique, spacieux, très fleuri et arboré. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, bien-sûr, mais aussi le terrain de boules, la terrasse ombragée. La maison, elle même, est agréable. Dommage que 2 des couchages soient dans un passage et non dans une chambre séparée. La maisonnette avec sa chambre et sa salle de bains est très appréciable.

Lovely House

Looking for 3 BR/3 BA?? Hard to find on Cote d"Azure. This property has it plus pool and acgive front gate. Entrance road is a little challenging but practice makes it easy. This is the First Floor of a 2 story house plus complete pool house. Worked well for 3 adult couples. You will fall in love with Tourrette-sur-Loup.

Charming and relaxing

We loved the place and had a wonderful week. Very charming house with a nice veranda . Immediately feeling home. Great situated, close to Grasse, Nice, the Lopu and the beaches. Also a big cheers for Ewa and Adam.

Magnifique jardin et piscine

Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. La maison est parfaite mais plutôt adaptée pour 6 personnes que pour 9. Il y a trois chambres avec lit double et chacune leur salle de bain, ce qui est parfait. Les deux lits simples sont dans une pièce de passage entre la salle à manger et une chambre et ce n’est pas très pratique et il y a un lit simple dans la salle à manger. La gestion de la maison est très bien assurée et Eva a répondu à toutes nos demandes, merci ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I agree with your comments about the beds. The day beds ideally are for children who might want to be next to the bedroom where their parents are.

Leuk verblijf, hygiëne kan beter.

De woning is leuk en mooi ingericht. Het zwembad is groot genoeg. De hygiëne kon beter. We hadden het gevoel dat er niet echt gedweild is geweest.

Magnifique location pour découvrir l’arrière pays nicois

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région en famille. Magnifique jardin avec terrain de pétanque pour des moments conviviaux. La piscine est spacieuse et la maison très bien aménagée (la TNT française serait un plus pour les événements sportifs estivaux).

I lived and worked in Monaco for 3 years and bought this house as a second home before moving to London. It is approximately 7 minutes to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that sits between the sea (about 14 kilometres away) and the Alpes Maritime. It is known as the 'City of Violets' because it is a center for the cultivation of that flower which is used in perfumes manufactured in nearby Grasse.

Appreciated by film producers since 1925, Tourrettes became a meeting place for musicians, painters, writers and poets. Artisan weavers also settled there and today more than thirty workshops and galleries are located in the town.

You are 30 minutes from Nice airport, and the same amount of time if you want to go to the beaches of Nice or Cannes.

The hills here are lovely, quiet, and peaceful especially during the summer rush. Market day in the central town square of Tourrettes is every Wednesday where you can buy locally produced cheeses, meats, and other tasty items as well as high quality fabrics.

If you do want to leave the property, there is plenty to see. Cannes, Mougins, and Nice are each about 30 minutes drive and offer many attractions including restaurants, museums, and cinema. Monaco is about 1 hour away so you can go for the day and return to the property to relax with an evening swim.

Italy can become a day trip as the northern Italian border is easily reachable within 1 hour!

Culturally, this is a very sophisticated location and you have access to the Foundation Maeght (15 minutes), one of the premier art museums in Europe. Also, there is a Matisse museum in Nice and the Matisse Chapel in Vence (15 minutes), Picasso museum in Antibes, and the home of Renoir in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Golf is available in Opio (20 minutes) and tennis right in the town.

During the summer months there are many music festivals throughout the French Riviera, including Jazz a Juan in Juan Les Pins and the Monte Carlo Summer Music Festival.

In the winter you can go skiing for the day at Auron or Isola 2000 and be back in the evening for dinner.
