Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire villa and its grounds. That means the whole home, the beautiful garden, and all patios are exclusively yours to enjoy. We offer free parking on-site for your convenience (ample space for your rental car). Check-in is a breeze with a self check-in lockbox – arrive anytime after the designated check-in time, grab the keys, and make yourselves at home. We’re only a phone call or message away if you need us, but otherwise you’ll have complete privacy to relax and unwind.



The Neighborhood:

Notteri is one of the most picturesque corners of Villasimius, placing you steps away from the beach and nature, yet only minutes from town conveniences. Here’s what you can look forward to nearby:



Porto Giunco Beach & Notteri Lagoon (5-min walk): You’re a short stroll from the famous Porto Giunco beach – think powdery white sand and turquoise, shallow waters perfect for kids to splash in. Just behind the beach is the Notteri lagoon, home to wild pink flamingos year-round. It’s a surreal experience to watch these beautiful birds in their natural habitat against the backdrop of the sea! Sunset walks here are magical, with the sky and water turning golden around the old stone tower on the hill.

Villasimius Town Center (5-min drive): A quick drive (or easy bike ride) takes you to the charming heart of Villasimius. In town you’ll find supermarkets for groceries, boutique shops, and a variety of family-friendly restaurants and pizzerias serving mouthwatering Sardinian cuisine. Don’t forget to treat the kids (and yourself!) to some gelato at the local ice cream parlors. In the evenings, the main square comes alive – perfect for a passeggiata (evening stroll) with occasional live music or markets. You can also book boat excursions, snorkeling trips, or watersport activities with local tour operators here to add some adventure to your stay.

Punta Molentis Beach (15-min drive): A short scenic drive brings you to Punta Molentis, often hailed as one of the “pearls” of southern Sardinia for its stunning beauty. The apartment is brand-new, professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay, and stocked with cleaning supplies. It’s a non-smoking, no-pet property to maintain an allergy-friendly environment.
