A dedicated Japanese tea room provides a quiet spot to unwind.



The large private garden is ideal for spending time outdoors, with a dining area, BBQ, and table-tennis table. A summer house is set up with gym equipment, offering a convenient space for light workouts.



For leisure and exploring the area, a games shed includes a set of golf clubs, and three pedal bikes are available for guest use at no extra charge.



Arrival is easy thanks to the sweeping driveway with fountain and secure gated off-street parking for 2–3 cars.



The house is ideally located close to Bushy Park, the River Thames, and Teddington High Street, combining a peaceful residential setting with excellent local amenities.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and garden during their stay.



You’ll be able to access living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces, including the garden, summer house, and games shed. The driveway and gated off-street parking are also fully available for guest use.



A few cupboards and storage areas are locked for owner use, but these do not affect your comfort or access to the home.
