Chalet by the Sea, with private parking, common swimming pools and tennis court

Our beautiful Villa is in a privileged urbanization in the Cala de Mijas. With first-class facilities including tennis court, cafeteria, private parking with space for one car, common pool and outdoor spaces that invite you to enjoy the incredible views of the sea. The promenade around the urbanization is perfect to disconnect and leave the world behind.

The villa is welcoming and ideal for families or groups of friends. From the living room, equipped with a 32'' smart TV, you can enjoy the sea views. The kitchen is well equipped for long and short stay, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and induction hob.

We also provide kitchen essentials like vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar so you can prepare your favourite meals with the comfort of your home.

Three full bathrooms and a toilet. You'll find a hairdryer, toilet paper and shower gel. It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are included. It consists of 3 rooms, two with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds. Each with a closet with plenty of storage.

The private deck and backyard are the perfect space to relax in front of the ocean.
