Located on the first floor of a residential building, Apartment Mi Mara covers 90 m² of comfortable and contemporary living space, along with a 10 m² balcony with a partial seaview. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (4+2), making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, and a dining area. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The living room opens onto a spacious covered balcony with outdoor seating—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and all essential household appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and hair dryer. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
A private parking space is provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
