With excellent road access and motorways just around the corner (A28 and A4), planning fantastic day trips is incredibly simple. In a short car journey, you can head north to marvel at the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia in Viana do Castelo, explore the imposing castle of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), discover the ancient charm of Braga, or head a little south to stroll through the romantic canals of Aveiro (known as the 'Venice of Portugal').
The property is located on Rua de Tomaz Ribeiro, in Matosinhos, an area well served by public transport. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car, making it one of the quickest accesses to an international airport in Portugal. Matosinhos Sul metro station (Red Line) is just a few minutes' walk away, with a direct connection to the airport and the centre of Porto. There are also several bus stops nearby, making getting around the city very easy and convenient.
This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.
For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
