We are glad you enjoyed your stay in your apartment. Regarding the beach, you were really unlucky as the sea is usually open without restrictions. We (and our other guests) have been enjoying it during the summer, except for the week you stayed with us.

Thank you for your review. That's exactly what we think about the "no AC needed". The area next to the beach is usually much cooler than the city center. If you take the necessary steps to maintain a comfortable temperature in the apartment, you should be able to keep it relatively cool successfully. We are glad you enjoyed your stay so much. Thank you very much for your review. It was a pleasure to host you all. Concerning the Cons, these are our opinions about some of them: About the noise, this is a subjective theme. Most of our guests don't think the place is noisy but we understand that someone that is a light sleeper may have issues. The instructions of our coffee maker mention that it makes 9 coffees at a time. We think that it does 6/7 with no problems. But it is European size coffees, and this may have been the problem for you. We will keep the Nespresso in the house for future guests, but we will not provide assistance to it, because we know that everybody uses this kind of machine properly and that it was the reason for not supplying one before. Concerning the furniture, we agree that it has already had much better days. The (not so good) usage of it of different guests throughout the years has resulted in the current state and it is not easy to repair because most of them will not leave the apartment through the door and will need a caterpillar to take them off. That's the main reason why the repairs have still not been done since it will need us to stop renting the apartment for several weeks or even months. We wish you all the best.
